I’m going on 70 years old. I had 2 bikes a long time ago. Both were fun. Traffic around here would turn me into a statistic. Bikes are a great way to travel if you are properly outfitted. Your bike here is very interesting.
Great job guys!! If you put your bearings in the freezer over night they will slip in like butter without having to use any heat 😉 builder to builder ❤️🙏 same with those neck races!
Beautiful work on your creation! I bought my XV920RH (chain drive) new in 1981 and I’m still enjoying it all these years later… it has “evolved” mechanically but still wears it’s Hannigan SuperSport fairing and it’s twin cylinder heart still pulls hard!
Guys you have no idea how happy i am watching the determination & the great attention to detail, the passion & hard work, resulting this amazing beautiful bike, keep it up guys, much love from middle east❤️
you've gone to great lengths to video this the way that you have...amazing..probably took as much time to shoot and edit as it did to build....hats off to you!...btw...very cool bike...can't wait to see finished!
Buenos dias. Trabajo estupendo y de gean calidad. Voy a empezar a transformar una Yamaha Virago 1100 del 91 y necesito saber la horquilla que has montado de que moto es. Supongo que sera horquilla, discos y tijas superiores de una misma moto. Gracias.
Hi seat pan and bracket and padding was done by Andrew Nicholls in the UK look for him on FB. He makes great and affordable parts tell him Motow from Dallas sent you there. Thanks!!
Hi guys Keep up the good work just found ur channel today amazing work ✌♥️ just wondering does the R6 front triple tree fit perfectly or some mods needed?
@KARNO17 I would say start with a motorcycle that you really like but also has parts available if not make a list of parts to start searching and ordering ahead of time. Make sure if you need to label anything during the disassembling do it so because by the time you might be putting it back together usually for me is at least months down the road and sometimes doing more than one project at once it gets confusing sometimes . The rest is just enjoying the build as much as you can and don’t worry how good it will look because you will be a lot better on your second bike and so on. Good luck!! Thanks for Watching!!!
@Brad Jean we are in Dallas TX well usually when they are our projects we will sell some of them usually we don’t even have time to enjoy them and they are gone haha 😂 but this one currently is from one of our customer’s but it will run around $14k-$18k with donor motorcycle depending what mods you would like. We do have an extra xv750 all matching numbers ready to be build pretty soon after this one is done.Thank you!!!
@Nigel Breddy yes I custom made the seat and I do have it available on Ebay contact me there if you have any questions : www.ebay.com/itm/185350450914?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=r6FTzjtwTWi&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=&var=693130666226&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Good evening, I will write from Japan. I'm not good at English, but please forgive me. There is something I want you to tell me. I know that this vehicle is XV750 Billago. What kind of car is the front stem and fork? How many years do you use it? Did you do any more processing? Did you do any processing on the rear swing arm? And what did Riass use? Please tell me as much as you can. Thank you very much.
as someone who has tried stop motion, the engine dismantling and assembly must have taken a lot of effort!!! Kudos to you for such a great job!!!
Yes for sure lots of work but final result can be great!! Thank you very much!!!
Ditto! I watched that segment thinking, “dang. That took a lot of work”
I learned once: Never use the inner bearing ring to press the bearing into housing.

Funny I was thinking the same thing. Why would you heat up the race, making it expand and harder to put in?
I like how the engine opens & fixes itself. That is so satisfying to watch. lol
Hello from Nottingham, UK. This is the best build so far
Thanks!!
Beautiful work on your creation!
I bought my XV920RH (chain drive) new in 1981 and I’m still enjoying it all these years later… it has “evolved” mechanically but still wears it’s Hannigan SuperSport fairing and it’s twin cylinder heart still pulls hard!

@@motow19 adoro todos. São únicos e lindos. Parabéns.
When installing bearings, it's easier to place them in the freezer, than heat the wheel.
Love your accent
Awesome 😎
Press in bearings using the outer race.
Well done!
Dont install bearings by the middle, use the outer ring.

Do you have to keep the original main wiring harness for the cafe racer build?
No we will make a complete new wiring harness to Munit blue it simplifies everything. Thanks!!
como eu sonho com um projeto desses, mas até a moto é dificil (quase impossivel) de encontrar no brasil.
Hi guys Keep up the good work just found ur channel today amazing work ✌♥️ just wondering does the R6 front triple tree fit perfectly or some mods needed?
I love your rebuilding a bike video a lot. Over in your country does this private built bikes be able to get legal license to operate on the road?
Hey love your videos. just wondering what is the size and make of the rear and front tires?
They look good together
W music
did you anodise or powder coat those fork legs?
The Yomama was an ugly bike before. However, I must say.....it is looking pretty damn good now.
Does are there even any normal viragos left?
Pena que esse modelo não veio pro Brasil
É uma pena mesmo!Obrigado por assistir.
👍👍👍
Can you give some tips for a first time builder?
