The song was written by Guitarist /singer Rick Santers, after hearing of the death of AC/DC 's Bon Scott. (alcohol Poisoning).
Rick plays an a vintage Fender Strat running through a Marshall amp...for really thick sound and spatial ambiance. Classic combo.
His Brother Mark plays a vintage Ludwig, same as I do, ( mine is paired with a Slingerland )
Rick Lazaroff plays a 1971 Fender Bass.
