747 A380 and Concorde again in same shot.......this is lovely x
I love your channel so much Jerry, you are simply the best!!!!!!!!!
The Queen of the skies 747 changed my life for good and changed other people's lives. The 747 is the plane that i love and the plane which i would dream to retire with if i become a pilot. The 747 is special to me and i can't live without the Queen of the skies. Have a long and peaceful retirement you deserve it 747. The Queen of the skies will always live within our hearts. And thank you to all cargo airlines for keeping the Queen of the skies alive for years to come
RIP Boeing 747 and welcome back 777
I absolutely love this Chanel fabulous job I just tune in and let it roll
Only just found this channel today and im very glad i did i really enjoyed the stream mate thanks, looking forward to more.
Thanks andrew lee lomas 👍🏻 JD
Me too. Once I flown on A350 and B787 then I've been on nearly all long haul planes
747's are my favourite plane, so beautiful, thank you.
What a beauty those 747s
I subscribed from day one
I would love to fly on a 350 👌
Please explain the significance of this special event. BA has been gradually retiring their 747-400s over the past 10 years or so. What's so special about this one? Might have been useful to include some info on that in the description.
viscount757 why does the channel need to explain to you? Plenty enjoyed it and understand.
It was just a polite request for my own information. Wouldn't take much effort to add a little explanation for those who may not be aware of the significance. I worked in the airline industry for 35 years and have flown on every 747 model (except the -8). It's always been my favourite aircraft. I also enjoyed the video. Just wondered why the retirement of this particular 747 warranted several hours of video coverage.
@@BigJetTV I show at least 5 of BA's earliest 747-400s retired between 2008 and 2010, for example G-BNLB and G-BNLC in late 2008. That's more than 10 years ago.
Well said viscount 757 !! not a unreasonable request
viscount757 ... Sir, I appreciate you have history flying the Queen, and I unfortunately misinterpreted your comment - for that I humbly apologise.
This particular ‘phase’ of retirements is ‘grouped’ and will continue until all aircraft are gone. Previous 747’s that were removed from service would have been under normal ‘end of lease’ programs along with other variants - having run their term.
However, this is the complete ‘program’: retirement of the full fleet of 38 B747 to make-way for newer aircraft like the A350. This is our reason for documenting each final flight.

Cant believe i Was just watching paint dry!
She flew over my house in Cardiff really low! She was landing at St Athan militery base about 10 miles from me
If I lived a bit closer to Heathrow I might consider what you do
South African airways you beauty!
Great show again BJTV...I have to confess though, these free bonus shows seem to attract all of the internet Riff-Raff which makes the chat un-enjoyable to read. I've never seen so many idiotic questions and remarks. I feel for the mods that have to weed through all of it.
She is getting retired .? , oh how many people might have taken her service . How many people might have got an employment because of her . I don"t know when i shall fly with BRITISH AIRWAYS . I have seen her add"s flying to INDIA . its fantastic . heart touching . Anyhow goodbye to her . love from INDIA
When Flybe is going past Concorde I thought for a couple of seconds, oh my god it's moving
My mum is on that Air Canada 777 that took off about 20 mins ago! . Amazing to see it flash by in the back
Ground ( behind the air china star alliance )
Wow cool
Shame the road noise was totally wiping out the aircraft sounds.
The position is too far from the runway hamshackleton. Even with no road noise, there would be very little to hear. It’s more about the spectacle 👍🏻 JD
I am the 8th 😁
Any new British airways retirement story??
But I do live pretty much opposite Gatwick so that is something
Are you Australian or South African Jerry?
When is the next live show

Great. What a useful comment. Bye.
why is that concord there
She is being made ready to go back into service. Flights start in 10 months time. The first flight will be to Washington on the 1st.
@@Hammocks_Rule no she is not. Forever grounded, she is London Heathrows gate guardian.
Pa Ddy yeah very funny NOT!!!!
talk sense there have no plans to fly the Concorde, it would b virtually impossible now. They have plans for its 50th anniversary that the one in Bristol will have been worked on by volunteers as all now r museum pieces or like at Heathrow gate guardian, the museum guys r gonna get new wiring done n a hydraulic tank installed to raise n lower the nose of the Concorde they have there.
my friend got married on one in Barbados last year.. obviously was not in service and i didn't go but one day maybe they might resume service
4th
Thousands of miles she has travelled he says lol. Try millions of miles.
k
What a disgusting noisy filthy horrible polluting place! you must me mad standing in that shite all day every day thanks for highlighting the fact that these things are the real reason behind the demise of clear weather is there such a need for this much travel?
It’s your choice, just don’t watch it Vanagon Caravelle ~ simple. I suppose you don’t buy anything from Amazon, the shops or anywhere for that matter 🤔 those trucks that deliver to the store or to your door are just as polluting, if not more so. The Aviation industry is heavily regulated on emissions. So you must be very fit, walking all those miles to the shops. Good for you 👍🏻 JD
