My brother in law had them on his JK. They lasted about a year and they would fall out on their own. I put hood pins on my highline hood, they work great. It did suck I had to cut holes in the hood
What happened to so many of your past TJ videos 😢😢 Any way of uploading them some day . I especially want to see the videos of your son's TJ when he got his new Bead lock wheels / tires . What size tire / make / model ...same goes for those beadlock rims ...love that bronze / gold anodized rins with the contrasting brush aluminum beadlock rings .
Just joining the party guys. I put the auto locking push button pins on the front of my Jeep. Works perfect every time. Those hood latches are made of Chinesium stainless steel. They will rust and so will the cable. Don't believe your lying eyes. I'm a Chinesium expert. As far as the comment Genright will sell you anything. Well to be fair how do they know what your putting those latches on. You can also install a JK side antenna mount on your TJ with a little shimmy jimmy work to get rid of the old fashion coaxial radio antenna cable and to go with the thin soft newer antenna cable. They don't really know what your using any of this stuff for. That being said. Did you buy the 4" high lines or the 6" high lines? I have the 6" but i did some fancy pants hood forming where the very front of the hood meets the fender. I sent you the pic. Oh speaking of the pic. You can see the hood pin/locks i used too. Catchya later.
I liked Chinesium expert. The salesman recommended them when I ordered all the other parts, plus their website recommends them for this combination. 4” high lines. Yes I noticed those push pins in your photos, they looked good.
My Jeep is no mall crawler. I use them but had to replace the pins with a Clevis Lift Pins and Cotter Pins weather and salt killed the original pins. Stops any hood movement.
I sure like the looks of these over the stock hood latches ....yes long term reliability will yet to be seen .

That’s not cool.
It looks sick.
They do look good

@@campbellbuilt That damn salesman. Makes my comment look bad now. 😂
@DumbCarGuy to funny
Idgaf what anyone says I put whatever I want on my vehicle.

I was wondering about salt, and I agree with the hood not moving any more.
Personally I don’t like them. I bought my Jeep with those on it and they get really hard to put back in when closing the hood.
I was wondering the same.
If your not a poser then you don't have to worry about poser mods
I must ponder on this for awhile 😀.
who cares...but if you put an angry eye grille on, you should have your jeep confiscated
That’s a hard line but I appreciate it 😀.
