Thanks Joe for this new series. I’m watching your stuff a dozen years and become IFBB Classic Physique PRO a year ago. But life planned a rest for me and now I’m cure lymphoma. I finished my 6 chemotherapy, 2 left. And I understand that after treatment I will need my own “rebuild” for the new body, new goals, new knowledge. Thanks for sharing yours with us. It’s inspire me ❤

Very excited after seeing this video. I think most fall into one of the categories u mentioned. I do or sure. This vid is right on time for myself. I turn 50 this year. The past couple years i have struggled in a few ares of my life including substance abuse. I am 8 months clean this month. I have done alot of work on the inside and recently begun the journey of working on the outside in an attempt to become more balanced, mentally, spiritually andvphysically as well! I recognize that this is a process not an event. And i am ready to put in the work.

Personally i want to see nerd stuff that has practical use and helps you actually get somewhere with things as someone thats been lifting for over 10 years. Diet, training, supplement and PED use are interesting topics. Maybe how PED use can impact training and diet programming but still focusing on the basics, the foundation.

Being a trainer is a very unforgiving job when it comes to health.
I became a trainer in my second year of college thinking about experience, exposure and producing income before graduating from Kinesiology.
One can have all the knowledge and experience but our bodies always end up suprising us with new stuff that makes have to rewire our brain and rebuild our structure.
Im currently on a L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc bulge issue because of all the restless years i had in college and sports all at the same time while being a trainer.
Its good to not have to feel like shit because of a setback. When you see others in the industry also go through stuff and having to rethink stuff.
    Thank you for sharing this.

I trained at mi40 back when they were having muscle intelligence seminars. Adam Miller was my coach prepping for USAs. That weekend forever changed my approach and knowledge around the sport.
I think your audience would benefit from learning how to find their active range in movements. Ben’s old videos show some stuff but I think you could cover it better. Beyond that, explain lactic acid training vs CNS training and why muscle activation is key prior to load. It would be awesome to see you and JP do a collaboration video. TUT training. Just my ✌🏼

I can relate so much to your story. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 3 weeks ago. It is autoimmune as well. I can link it back to COVID and the death of my brother. I lost all motivation to workout. I have had to change how I workout, recovery for sure. Lower inflammation markers, diet etc…. Stress relief. But I’m still grateful to God. I have my life. I would like to see how you might train a person with an autoimmune issue. Of course diet. How are you lowering your inflammation?
