Kasey is spot on. If money can solve your problem, its not really a problem when you have money to throw at it. Better location better clientele. How does Kasey ever expect to see market rent in these units? If they are welfare lifers they are never leaving. Also, are the lockers included in the tenant's leases? How does he expect to remove them and NOT have to provide a rent reduction? If Casey has some moves to get this done, preach!
$130k per unit, running a boiler, and in Canada? Man that is asking for bankruptcy especially running the boiler. You'll will never see cash flow it just a write off project for taxes
