@sunnymederental3703 just started playing so I can see how people who started can get really tired of this game. I'm also free to play with an occasional battle pass but yeah I don't even touch conquest, match making wait time is ridiculous just to leave if you have a bad match up instead of just giving us a Switch Deck option.....idk game is entertaining but I do see the money grab aspect but compared to other games similar it's probably the "least" pay to win 😅
I’m about there myself too, I’ve been playing since beta. The match making and locations have too big of a hand in deciding these games. The fact that you change decks that see hardly any of the same matchups in the previous deck you were running is incredibly sus and frustrating. In many cases I find direct counters to the new deck I’m running, and when i do get a favorable deck and hand the locations screw me so how.
I dropped all the way to rank 10 so I can get a break, I won't stop playing but I'm done with the "meta", still gonna watch Alex and I'm glad I'm not the only one.

*Seven* of these are Agent Venom decks. The 5 past season cards are present. 6 of the past 8 spotlights made the list. What this list says to me as a casual, only-500-hours-into-the-game free-to-play is that I need not apply. Part of why I watch these is to get ideas for what decks I can build. I won't have all the cards, but I can usually get close. Increasingly these decks rely on too many Series 5 cards that are too new / rarely available to even attempt the decks. That's not entirely your fault, and being generous we could say it's 70% Agent Venom's fault, but I hope you'll make more content that addresses those of us who don't throw money at the game.

Haven’t played in a year and it’s genuinely difficult to progress. I was hitting infinite every season and now it’s been a week and I’m stuck at 70. Every deck is so good with cards I don’t have and probably won’t have
The cards are literally the game, it's like SD doesn't want people playing their game with how difficult they make it to acquire new cards, barely giving players any tokens and then charging 6K tokens for new cards, filling the spotlights with trash, locking meta cards behind season pass paywalls etc.

It's funny, I used a Wrewolf Bounce deck to get to infinite this season, before Toxin released. I honestly much prefer the Werewolf versions because they can play Shadow King much easier. The fact that you can play a tech card to counter something while scaling your Werewolf feels so much better. Don't play Bishop if you're playing SK, though.
Lots of interesting new decks. Glad to see a lot of Surfer decks making it back to the meta. The great thing about the Scream deck is it's as close to a "play on curve" deck as you can get. Very easy to pilot and fun too. I actually like some of the hybrid versions like Junk Scream more but apparently just pure Scream has the best win rate.
I’ve been playing a version of the sera control deck for the last month and it def is my most consistent deck without needed to have too many expensive cards
