It's always quite ironic to me how people call Priyanka for her fake accent(which I find not fake at all ) but love her portrayals in Kaminey and Bajirao mastani , she adapts accents so well and also very quickly and sometimes unintentionally. I know many people who will pick up the accents just by 2 hours of hearing it.
There's a difference between adopting various accents for movies and actually using a fake one in real life. She's barely been there for a few years and has already abandoned her Indian accent she's had all her life, where as celebrities like Salma Hayek, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Monica Bellucci, Penélope Cruz and Gal Gadot who've been in Hollywood for so many years still have their natural accents. I'm not saying she can't speak in a certain accent but it just sounds tasteless and pretentious.
@@gauravparab8808 thing is, people have different capabilities and while some may not be able to or not want to change their speech, for others it comes naturally. Priyanka Chopra had to, infact, get rid of her american accent that she'd acquired while studying in the states when she decided to compete for miss india. I also, have a cousin sister who is like a dialect chameleon and picks up the speech and dialect of different regions whenever we visit them. @Sim Singh she was laughing because he was brutally honest, unlike what she had expected. People who are brutally honest kind of come out as not as disgusting and what added to it was that she never expected him to be this honest to her. It was a genuine moment and quite an original one anybody girl or a boy would've smiled at that incident so stop making it big. The smile was not happiness but a general wonderment of a man who is fully aware of his flaws and does not shy away from sharing the right details.
@Sim Singh I mean it was a fictional way to tell the story, basically she was playing a fictionalised version of Rajkumar Hirani by writing a book on him and Raju Hirani made a film. Her character didn't have a lot to do but you have to consider that she was the string that attached the story. If you take a closer look, she is basically seeking all the questions the audience would seek from the story of 'Sanju', so yeah I agree her role in terms of acting holded less significance but in terms of being a link that connects all the characters she was important.
@Sim Singh partly agree her role was sometimes making the movie look like a complete fiction, like the scene where Sanju goes to meet her in the museum looked fictional, but yeah overall great performances by everyone, especially Ranbir and great and fun songs too

Indians- Make movies in hindi
Interviews and promotions in English . 🤦♂️
India is a multi lingual country. So if the interview is in English many people from different region can understand
I know that
But They make hindi movies for hindi audience
They talk english in their own fake accents
Professor
Many of those Hindi movies get dubbed as well, I suppose? And China is increasingly becoming a huge market for Indian movies, so it makes sense to have interviews in English
And this is the reason our language is not fully developed and not gets as much as recognition that it deserves.lol..these little things litreally affect not us but the whole nation.coz we people of India should have to promote it or either one day we will definitely loose such a precious and beautiful language just like hindi.did you ever see why spanish/latin people really promote and loved their culture same goes to Korea, japan,Russia,France, turkey we critise other countries but their is also big challenge coz these things matters the most.Interantional platform, digitally and a lot more dude...ye gawar gawar bolke iska astitva khatam kar denge..🙄hamara koi vajood nhi rah jayega beta..
India has more than one language tho. Not even half the population has hindi as their mother tongue. So it's not an apples to apples comparison.

Priyanka Hollywood actress 😂😂😂
I'm sure you wouldn't think a five yr old is trying to be fake?
@@gauravparab8808 As a person who've travelled a lot I can assure you that you don't have to be born in a certain place or live there for years to have it's accent. There are people who, unintentionally, picks up certain accents pretty quickly. Just because you don't doesn't mean everyone that does is being fake!
@@r.7530 well, I can't disagree with that, she does have a tendency to switch accents when she's in India that's why I thought maybe the one she speaks in, in USA might be fake.

@Sim Singh partly agree her role was sometimes making the movie look like a complete fiction, like the scene where Sanju goes to meet her in the museum looked fictional, but yeah overall great performances by everyone, especially Ranbir and great and fun songs too
"Heyy" is used india more tha "hii" even some girls in my school use it
