I swear, you are my go-to when I have questions or to find out what I'm doing wrong. Your channel is the best on teaching in a way that really makes sense.
Thanks for this. Until watching this, I always used to have problems with loading too much ink into the cartridge needle. When dipping the needle into the ink, I always used to run the machine to pull the ink up, but after doing it the way you suggested, I'm no longer having this problem! Thanks again 👍🏼
I've been tattooing on my own since the beginning for about 3 years now(mostly on myself) and have had some success but not without a lot of failures! I have not done an apprenticeship strictly due to not being able to afford to. The quality of my work before watching your videos improved quite slowly(having watched countless other "tutorials". Since watching your videos the quality(and speed) of my work has improved exponentially!! There is still a lot to learn as always, and I constantly am trying to find new and different techniques to expand my abilities! Like you said, knowledge is power and your videos are by far the most thorough and informative videos I've found(abs I've watched a lot of videos!!) Additionally to the information you provide your energy and obvious love for what you do and eagerness to teach others how to improve has made your videos not only informative but also fun to watch! I hope that when I have the ability to start an apprenticeship that my mentor is at least half as passionate and knowledgeable as you. Keep up the good work, and thank you for making these videos!
That’s for taking the time to write the amazing comment and feedback! I’m glad they’re helping you out. Always got loads of videos in the pipeline. Good luck with your journey!
Wow...awesome! Thanks. I was definitely overloading the tip with ink! Can't wait to try it without ink going EVERYWHERE! Great video and not too long! 😊
Cheers mate. Thanks for this video. Just started tattooing and it was definitely helpful before I got further along into tattooing. I’ve been watching your videos for a week straight and the overall knowledge you give is top of the line. Thanks again.

I was running the needle in the ink, making it pool up when I entered my skin, and couldn’t see my stencil. I bought a bunch of sheets of fake skin. And your tutorials are a godsend 🖤 thanks dawg
Jono, thank you for all the tips and pro tricks to producing a better piece. Not having to deal with splatter or pooling of excess ink not only saves the stencil, but it also saves on skin irritation caused by excessive wiping or blotting of freshly tattooed areas. A tattoo is not going to be completely irritation or pain free unless it is a temporary jobber like what we used to get back in the day out of a cracker-jack box, but it does not need to be agonizing either.
Thank you sooo much!!! I'm a beginner and I'm struggling with this problem for quite a while. Nobody have told me what I should do until I find your video. Awesome!!!
This video is great: the content is well organised, everything is explained with clear and simple words. I loved watching all those tips and can't wait to give it a go on fake skin!
