    Thank you for finally pointing out that sodium during a bulk needs to be controlled. So many videos I've seen never mention this and yet when bulking with the increased food volume, and high carbohydrate intake high sodium makes inflammation and bloating so much worse so sodium intake is probably something you should be even more aware of in your program. Anecdotally I've seen it impede workout performance on a bulk because your body is much better at retaining sodium, and water, in a calorie surplus you probably could function better with less than what you're taking in when dieting; just a hunch though.

  • @mossoconnor4417
    @mossoconnor4417 5 років тому

    Ok hold on Alex, no bloating from a clean bulk? This is stupid, most of the time we get bloated from too much fiber, when bulking the best way to avoid the bloat is to keep your fiber the same, and increase the amount of calorie dense food. More simple carbs, more fat.
    You can’t eat 5000-6000 calories of clean food without feeling horrible, you need to swap out the brown rice for simple carbs, swap out the lean protein for fattier red meats and skin on chicken and fish, and you don’t need to eat a bunch of veggies. Just eat the recommended amount for the average adult and add in a multivitamin and a greens shake
