As for the question that ur friend asked u about death, for me the answer would be cuz there's uncertainty there. We're not scared but maybe after dying, I'd wouldn't be in a better place than this so in that case it makes sense to wanna live, and experience everything life has to offer, and then when time comes, experience death too rather than just killing urself off immediately cuz theres no meaning

Still having the same fear for more than 6 years living with mt abuseive family I don’t find the courage nor the power to leave sometimes i feel i died I cant redice my anxiety exept benzodiazepines
