Hi Dear Josefa Laura, thank you so much for being a Super Fan of My basil Leaf Recipes. Sorry to hear your having trouble with the cheesecake recipe. Remember the graham cracker crust cooks at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 5 minutes. Once the cream cheese filing is added to the crust reduce the heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius) and bake for 18-20 minutes, You should be fine. Hope this helps. Happy Baking-Mai
Josefa i made these yesterday and it happened as well. But if you notice on the video when shes plating them,they arent round and fluffy on top either. Hers go flat too. Maybe its just somethinh that happens with cheescake. I was thinkibg of adding baking soda or baking powder since its used on cakes to help keep them fluffy. The other thing it could be is the quick change in temperature. I was gonna turn the oven off leave them,in there for a while allowing them to cool along with the oven and then take them out and see if that makes a difference.

The primary reason that recipes don't use salted butter is that you have no idea how much salt is in the butter other wise the graham cracker crust will taste salty and the cupcakes will be ruined.
