magnesium and iron is two hours before or after with biktarvy and when you take iron with Biktarvy together you must eat see the leaflet. I've always done 6 hours before aswell with Stribild, Genvoya and Biktarvy.
How much was your viral Load when You was diagnosticated
My viral load count was at 60 thousand during my accute HIV infection.

Hi! I answered all of your questions in my other videos. In a nutshell my viral load was at 60k and cd4 in the 400 range. I was diagnosed after my acute hiv infection so about 3 weeks and treatment followed shortly after. Please watch some more of my vlogs you will discover much more. Take care 🤗

@@shahrzada7180 I have plenty of videos describing many things. I'm not sure if I touched on that. I found that when I was on Genvoya it was worse all around including fatigue. Take care 🤗

Hi Rio, I receive a 90 day supply through my HIV specialist. They have an on sight pharmacy at the treatment centre.

Hey! Great question! I've am still on Bictarvy to this day and I have not gained any weight. I have an active lifestyle and watch what I eat. I know it is a common problem with people taking this. Thank you for your question Mercedes.

Hi 👋 I came across your video cause I just made the switch from genvoya to biktarvy and part of me is worried, wondering if this med will work for me.. Was on genvoya for a little over 2 years. My HIV specialist asked if I wanted to switch and I said yes cause everyone in my support group that switched to it had amazing results.. is there a chance this medication might not work for me or am I just being paranoid by over thinking? 🤔😳
Sounds like your being paranoid. It's less toxic to your body than Genvoya and will work as well. Here is a link you might not have seen.

I have exposure of 6 seconds but after few i have on lymph node side of neck rash on my thighs for 7 days and 70 days papules on my neck but i use condom i have dry wound on my testis and i go for test after 42 negative 79 dsys home rapid test negative 81 days test negative diarrhea for 2 days
I'm not a Dr. But my guess it could be a Std like syphilis. Have you tested for other things? I know you can get stds even with a condom

Hi Michael, I find it I am positive just 2 weeks ago and today I get my biktarvy medication. My biggest question is what time is the best to take the pills. In the morning, or befor go sleep. So confuse about it. I just dont want any side effects befor I go to work or after have problem to sleep. If you can give me any advice, I will be so happy.
Hi there, I'm sorry about your diagnosis. I'm glad you are getting treatment. I started on Genvoya which I had to take with food. I took every morning after breakfast. Bictarvy you do not have to take with food but I suggest to anyway. At least for the first couple of weeks. It also helps you to remember with your routine. I bought a pill dispenser so I would know for sure if I taken a dose. I have never missed a dose accept one time. I hope this helps. Try not to stress too much about symptoms. This is the best drug available treating HIV. We are fortunate that way.

Hi Michael, thank you for replay always so fast, you can imagine how much that helps and keep me more positive. I took the first pill last night and be honest, I dont feel any instant reaction, so let's see after one week of using🙏
In UA-cam, you can find lots of videos, but most of them look like kind of publicity of pharmaceutic companies. Its through that each person have different reactions, I just hope they will come soon with pill, witch can use everyone with less side effects. On other side, I should not cry, people who live with this problem for many years, they have tried much more. Respect to them.

And second thing these symtoms came one by one or once and in how much duration
Hey there! Within the end of the second week I started to feel unwell, starting with extreme case of diarrhea. The night sweats started slow and then progressively got worse, extreme fatigue, rashes on my torso formed during the third week. And then fever hit. I didn't get better until I saw the dr by the end of around the 3rd week. I took antibiotics. After that I developed vertigo which didn't go away until I started taking HIV medication.
