I feel like they missed an opportunity with Kevin’s offer which was better IMO. Sometimes the entrepreneurs are just afraid of Kevin’s personality or don’t understand the deal structure! Per online sources, the deal with Alex Rodriguez was never finalized. However, Nui did see some growth following the episode airing. The cookies became available both on Amazon and at Walmart. The Shark Tank Blog likewise reports the business did $1.7 million in sales in 2019. The product line also expanded to include new "soft and chewy" cookies In 2020, they seem to have disappeared 😮
No, it's just that more and more people have realised Kevin's deals are getting stupid. Nowadays he often asks for a royalty in perpetuity, interest on a loan and equity lol who's going to pay that much
i love when sharks say: "you are making a scene bcs of 5%? it wont matter when we sell it for millions" My immediate reaction if I were there would have been: "so why you care about those extra 5% then?"
Well they have leverage since they are offering their own money and skill... So they simply want to make a good deal for themselves and make it look as though the pitchers will also benefit equally...
@@ralphrivera4517Such BS haha. Especially when it's about millions, 5% matters. Also if they aren't allowed to care about 5%, then should they also not care about 10%, 15% or 20%? It doesn't make any sense.
It's not often you see a video where the people accept the worst offer, but boy when it happens it's mind blowing. Even ARod couldn't believe they accepted that terrible deal LMFAO
I see a lot of these keto cookies at Ross, Marshalls, etc for sale. What's the difference between them? 1g of sugar is what others promote. Is there an update on this company? I was on keto for over 1 year.
I am diabetic and sick of the lack of tasty food for us. Then i see they closed in 2022 and files bankruptcy.. They had to recall their cookies and quality was rubbish.. Epic fail.
The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading
There were some really crummy offers here and for once Mr wonderful seemed like a great deal why they didn't take it feels like a ethical thing but I could be way of base with that
Was that some sort of Jedi mind trick at the end? His 2nd offer was atrociously bad 😂
It was. He did that on purpose so that they would be willing to accept the first offer.
Yes, the Old Man on Pawn Stars does that people too. Sometimes instead of increasing his offer, he'll make it worse. It seems to work too.

Love this comment man if you can do us all a service on each shark tank video where they are now that would be awesome would save a lot of time :)
3u
@@theprimest lol they already do that
I guess they got bought out by the bigger guys?
1:47 dude became a millionaire in his mind
Alex is trying not to laugh while making this offer
i love when sharks say: "you are making a scene bcs of 5%? it wont matter when we sell it for millions"

When you own 20%, the 5 does make a difference. When you own 80% it doesn’t make as much of a difference.
Well they have leverage since they are offering their own money and skill... So they simply want to make a good deal for themselves and make it look as though the pitchers will also benefit equally...
Because they are getting them the millions? lol
Only poor people would say WHT you said. Becahse real people who about the money wouldn't care over 5% when it comes with millions being involved

3:40 For 2.5% you wont even be able to get him on the phone.😅
these guys are crazy Kevins deal was the best by far
If the cookies cost $1 to make thats 50% loss off the bat plus the 2% equity plus the 7% in loan interest... Thats why many choose just equity deals..
Their margins were low, so, why take a royalty deal?
Wow... 25%?? What kind of moron would take that. Kevin had a legit offer and a brand that everyone loves
I just don't understand this is crazy, the offer was absolutely ridiculous these dudes are on another level 🤣🎉
2:02 great offer and might be just what they needed
I wonder if Jenny from the block quit eating a cookie a day after this episode aired. 😂
She’s always eaten a cookie before bed since before arod and I’m sure she still eats them to this day :-)
Hit it out of the park??? Never heard of it 😂😂😂
Gave them a much worse second deal then Kevin and Barbara just to force them back to the original deal 😂😂
It's not often you see a video where the people accept the worst offer, but boy when it happens it's mind blowing. Even ARod couldn't believe they accepted that terrible deal LMFAO

You mean Ben's wife?
😬
Why am I seeing all the new and unseen shark tank videos all the sudden it isn’t lunch time 😂
Jennifer is addicted to other kinds of cookies too i hear.
Barbara made an offer???😂
Man what is this world coming too 😭💅
Wait but the sharks didn’t even try the cookies 🤔
They're out of business now
Link?
Oh goodness, so reverse psychology does work...
Wait what just happened. I think in this case , Mr Wonderful's offer was the best...
Not if Mr. Wonderful has no time to help the company prosper.
These sharks reveal how the love of money, has made money their God!
Jennifer eating cookies somewhere else now 😔😭😢
And sausages 😋
The main difference between JLo and me - she eats A cookie every night 🤣
Biggest weakness cookies😂😂😂
Well that JLo plug aged like milk
he literally mentioned her in all his pitches lol. looks like a loser now.
Lol
Afflackk
Barbara’s mom: gives birth
Barbara: “I’m out”
This is one of the best Barbara jokes I've seen! 🤣 A little cheesy, but I love it. Thanks for making me chuckle.
Oh no, poor ARod on national TV simping for JLo and her cookies
I am diabetic and sick of the lack of tasty food for us. Then i see they closed in 2022 and files bankruptcy.. They had to recall their cookies and quality was rubbish.. Epic fail.
A very bad negotiation.. 25%..????
They did it thinking they’d get so much exposure since Jennifer loves “a cookie every night”
they obviously had a crush on arod. insane.

what i think you need is a Financial Adviser, who can help you get in and out of any stock you buy at any time and you'd sure be in Profit
*TERESA JENSEN WHITE,* That's whom i work with
I happen to know someone who loves cookie, they eat one cookie before they go to bed.... lol where does he find these cookie loving ppl ??
Alex has PhD in finesse with those offers...
That was some botched negotiating. Kevin's offer was better but I hope they do well
Terrible deal. Blinded by A- Rod...
So you have to smart to be able to hit almost 700 home runs!!
A-Rod???!
So what happened to this product now in 2024?
looks like deal didn't go through and they went bankrupt
Link?
They went bust.
Get in Costco
This must be old. Barbara hasn’t made an offer in years.
Yup
Black Magic 💀
Shouldve gone to Kevin
they fell for the immigrant card
I'm surprised to see Arod on this show.
Why?
A rod shows he's shady when he promised them $100,000,000 in profit smh
They ended up filing bankruptcy. Should have gone with Kevin. I would never go with a guest Shark.
There were some really crummy offers here and for once Mr wonderful seemed like a great deal why they didn't take it feels like a ethical thing but I could be way of base with that
Kevins deal was much better, dosnt make sense why they went with the other guy who isnt even in the cookies business yet
Bet a-rod eats a cookie before bedtime everynight too lmao
First!
This was the dumbest deal on this show
second !
grass Fed Butter.
STUPID MOVE!!
Terrible offer
