Legend has it that Mark is still open to a counter
😂
Mark did actually join forces with Robert post the pitch. They both are investors in the company
That made me laugh
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
Damn Robert wanted that bad. Congrats it's gonna do well!
Thank you for all the positive comments about our pitch! It was such a crazy experience to present in front of the sharks, but it couldn't have turned out better. We are so thrilled to have both Robert and Mark on board.
Amazing job 👏 Very proud of your pitch! Best of luck for your future growth!!!!
I’ve always hated wearing goggles because of my head being larger than most and water always leaking into my eyes plus I love the shade factor you bring to it as well at a reasonable price point. It’s a good investment to get an exceptional pair of goggles even if you only swim once or twice a month. I could see these lasting for years and what’s 55 dollars if you’re getting the protection you need with the quality.
it was great, i loved every second of it. def gonna need to have it in IN USA babyyyyyy
i hated goggles too tbh, always a mess, just took the pain like a man 😭😭😭
Mark invested after the show??
One of the most impressive pitches I've ever seen in the tank, not a single stumble and really made every shark sell themselves, even Mark stayed in after giving an ultimatum
You absolutely said it best. They made me wanna start swimming for the first time in years. The pitch was perfect.
I have to say, Mark Cuban is very, very arrogant at times, that being said, I would probably act like a peice of pathetic trash too if I had billions or even millions
Denmark. Its like Clock Work. ⏰️
And no useless dancing and lame jokes in the pitch. Pure professionalism
Yeah a great pitch and getting Marc interested really increased their value. I don’t think they can be that big tho. Nothing proprietary about custom goggles. Speedo could crush them.
Mark said he didn’t want them to listen to other offers but still he waited till the end without going out. It is very rare and it explains how good the entrepreneurs are.
Mark got beasted here, by both the other sharks and the entrepreneurs.
Sharks got tamed
It means they called his bluff and he lost. Normally he just goes out
@@EGarrett01 Mark actually got in on the deal with Robert as well
@@yousufibrahim884 Yeah but it was Robert's deal he got in on.
That was crazy. This was like instead of the entrepreneurs pitching their products, it was basically the sharks pitching themselves 😂😂
Seriously one of the most impressive episodes and entrepreneurs. Good on them
Not pitching themselves, but pitching their money.
@@neilthakkar8795and themselves..
The product speak for themselves
Highly impressive
For those wondering after the show Mark approached Robert stating he had got a brilliant deal. Robert agreed to go 50/50 with mark on the $1mil which the company accepted
thats a big w
I feel Mark is a great fit for that deal too and props for Robert for seeing the potential
Nice to hear Robert went through with the deal
@@higg6571 he didn't the company went bankrupt
damn thats sick. as soon as i saw the facial stuff I was like no way mark wont wanna be in on this deal
I can see the drive in Mark's eyes, it's not about their goggles but about the technology they created and this is worthwhile because it can be applied to so many different fields.
He went in with Robert after the show. He still got it.
Facts… basketball players and football players use goggles sometimes too
Imagine using that tech to build fitting components for VR headsets in the future
Robert wanted the googles, and Mark wanted robotics.
@@rohitp4301theyre doing that rn lmao
As a former competative swimmer, $55 is an AMAZING price for goggles. Let alone custom made and high quality.
If they are making it for $14 I wonder about the quality. They will certainly up the selling price but also up the quality
@@sharkuss845 14$ is actually not cheap for some plastic, basically. So they're probably using good quality things. ESPECIALLY if some of it is coming from china.
Bullshit
@@Tyshkevich I agree although alot of the product cost is probably for the customization done in USA
@@Tyshkevich china. Chi na
It's rare Robert lands a deal when Mark and/or Lori are also interested! Love to see him get one when all others were still in!
Mark actually got in on the deal with Robert as well
@@yousufibrahim884 he had to pay Robert's price, though.
@@rsybing Doesn’t change the fact he got in on the deal lol
@@yousufibrahim884 He got it but he clearly wasn't interested enough to match Robert's offer at the time he made it. In the end, Robert bested Mark.
I think Robert initially did a great deal of 1 million for 6.5 percent. Now, while he may not have thought that he’ll be approached by Mark to join and he’ll have to give only 500K, he actually ended up giving 500K for 3.25 percent and the same Mark gave. In the end, both invested and the startup company stands to benefit with Mark coming in.
What is really interesting about this particular episode, is that if you read through the production footnotes, you'll find some backstory on their contact with the show prior to arriving. Amongst that contact, they were informed directly that since the show was only including the 5 sharks we see in this video, that Barbara was indeed already out.
Got me 😂
😂😂😂
Hey @Camron K - your Barbara "joke" is NOT funny !
😂
They got us in the first half.
This was one of the most intense episodes. All the sharks were in and wanted this deal.
Feeling slightly sweaty each time we rewatch it 😂
@@themagic5goggles They were circling for sure.
Truly acting like shark amidst a piece of meat
They didn't even opened there mouth during making a deal but they walked out with a Million. 👏🧠
Don’t spoil it in the comments
they probably did but the editor removed their bits
@@faridaeltonsy2742 Comments are for discussing the video after watching. They are always going to be spoilers. Don't scroll until you watch if you don't like it spoiled.
@@SquidandCatAdventures nice response!
Sometimes, the power of silence is stronger then the power of voice.
When Mark corrected Robert by saying “no they’re a robotics company that makes goggles” a look of humbled correction and a simultaneous lightbulb went off for Robert.
😂😂😂😂yup
But Mark is wrong there. He thought it sounded smart 💀. They’re not a robotics company at all. It’s just what they use to make the product. In the end they’re making custom goggles.
@@coder-yo9zh ehh.. I see your point. Depends on how you look at it
i really think mark was wrong.. they aren't just a goggle company they are a swimwear company, i can see the same tech used for other swimwear , swimming caps etc.
@@coder-yo9zh then when you buy a hamburger at mcdonalds you are 'technically' purchasing part of the POS system , the deep fryer ...
I am really happy for Robert, he usually doesn't get the Deal that he wanted badly .
And his deal usually end up not falling through
NO ONE REALLY WANTS ROBERT. HE DOES THIS TO GET DEALS.. MAKE BAD OFFERS
Mark always steals his deals
when nirav asked about their sales trending year to year and they answered with 3x each year, you can tell that's the moment the sharks thought the valuation was warranted.
They were more locked it post marks question about the AI. Technology companies ceilings are humungous.
@@willied4856 i agree, once the other sharks learned this is more than just goggles, the offers came out crazy.
The look on Mark Cubans face says it all, he knew he got outplayed, in my opinion it wasn't so much the product but the fact that theese guys knew what they were talking about, they knew the numbers and stood firm leting the sharks fight themselves and reeped the rewards. Nice job.
Mark ended up approaching Robert after the show to split the deal. We now have both of them on board. And thanks!
@@themagic5goggles can normal people invest in this company or only venture capitalists?
@@sa34w angel investors can
Mark joined in on the deal as a 50/50 partner as well. So when the sharks met the existing investors, the boardroom was tense as the executives from company were in the final stages of negotiating the million-dollar deal. The mood was one of cautious optimism as they went over the terms and conditions of the agreement. The room was filled with the sounds of shuffling papers, quiet conversations, and the occasional beep of a laptop.
As the negotiations neared their end, just as everyone was about to sign on the dotted line, Barbara suddenly appeared at the door of the boardroom and screamed "I am out".
A good one!
😂😂😂😂😂
You got me the first half lol
as she usually does
You wrote all that for 98 likes..
Smartest thing these guys did was not saying anything and let the sharks compete against each other
First time I’ve seen Robert make a deal that makes me feel proud of him
Ever notice that Mark is always the first to say "congrats" to all of the entrepreneurs? He says it to every group/ person who comes. At least, from what I've seen.
One time he didn't was on this air freshener company. It was kinda funny cause mark basically threw a tantrum cause during the pitch the played fun at the mavs and mark immediately went out lmao.
@@darkithnamgedrf9495 He threw a tantrum because the show producers wanted, well, a show. Mark was trying not to laugh during 50% of their pitch and was practically laughing at the end clip (lasts less than 1 second, when he says "it's okay guys".). Mark never cared about being insulted; the show producers just wanted viewers to engage into the show.
As a Northern European, it is really funny to see the Sharks interact with the calm and cool Danes. Loved the handshake for example
Northern European here as well. I could hear the Danish English accent directly 😁
I'm from Western Europe and I think we're the best. 🏴
Update:
They ended up doing 45k in sales in the 24 hours after the show. Mark ended up joining Robert on a 50/50 deal. Each shark getting 3.25% for 500k each. From airing date to their end-of-year doing 4.1 million in sales. According to a unreliable source, the company is valued at 20 million in 2022. Even through the pandemic (though sales dipped), are a mainstay in the swimming goggles industry and have added new styles and products.
Edit: Just figured id leave "unreliable source" as in I just did a couple quick searches from websites that didnt seem credible haha, figured id let anyone reading take the info with a grain of salt...... OR im just getting my info from a shady guy in an alley who told me I didn't hear the info from him.....Youll never know though.
Read this just as I was thinking Mark is usually the one offering more $$$ to get the deal done.
Glad this deal was a success and didn't become a flop like the breathalyzer guy
Thanks
@@LivingwithLuca No problem!
"According to a unreliable source" 🤣🤣
I always have a giddy feeling when the sharks fight with each other for a deal. It feels so cutthroat yet wholesome.
I don't watch shark tank that often, but I must have seen over 100 videos/pitches on youtube. I don't think I've ever seen anyone offered $1M before. Good job, guys!
Thank you so much 🥳
@@themagic5gogglesyall are amazing!!
I like how Mark always congratulates despite his loss
Not only a super product and great numbers that have already been achieved, but you can work very well with people like these two. No overcomplication, no blah blah. Pure transparency, professionalism and trust.
Thank you so much! From personal experience then you are so correct that Rasmus and Bo (as well as the rest of the team) are great to work with 🥰
@@themagic5goggles
That’s a really cool reference, they seem great to work with
This is one of the greatest pitches on shark tank. Not because of the entrepreneurs but because of the sharks. The desperation from Robert
They did an update segment on them and I think they’re valued at 20 million today. They went on to license their technology for a unclosed amount. Very good investment for Mark & Robert
The look on Mark's face after Robert got the deal is priceless 😂
Haha that must be why he ended up splitting the deal with Robert after the show ended 😂🥳
Nasty scoul 😂
@@pavy415 At the end of the day; Mark did tag along with Robert for a 50/50 partnership on 6.5% or 3.25% each. It was way above what he was originally asking; which was I believe 7.5%. Mark is a smart guy; which is why he is the only billionaire on the panel. He wasn't going to miss out on the opportunity on this one.
@@themagic5goggles Wait, so when the show ended, like the credits, Mark went in to make another deal?!?

noticing how robert was desperate so he went to a million just tells me how good of a pitch this was. i hope they do good
This is Exactly why I never used goggles growing up in the pool, they always filled with water and fog no matter how tight the seal.
I dont think this really helps with the fog
@@allanpeter7700 It would because it properly fits your head, leaving less room for water to enter the goggles
@@allanpeter7700 Oooh k
You had cheap goggles growing up.
Boy, I haven't seen the sharks appetite get that wet in a long time. And I gotta say, Nirav had me sold. He's a great pitchman. This was really fun to watch. Happy for the Danes who were as calm as a summer's day (and they were fit as a fiddle).
Thank you for those kind words! I think Rasmus and Bo will be very happy to hear it 😄
That was crazy! Most intense episode ever, you know its good when mark says “Ill take a counter”, they were the real sharks lol.
Robert and Mark ended up doing an offer together, so they got two sharks in the end!

Robert saw the opportunity and made the most baller move I’ve seen on the show 🐐
Not a GOAT for one move, that’s not what they term means.
Daniel also dropped a million one time
this particular product pitch and the shark fighting for the deal was a war…..love these type of episodes
Smart guys.
Keeping silent while the shark was competinf.. silent is golden
I'm glad robert got it. He seems like a genuinely nice guy
Love how they are not saying a word. Just watching kaos unfold.
You know these guys nailed their pitch when in the second half of the video they barely needed to speak as the Sharks bid.
A real honest person Robert is and he won it Cheers!
The one important thing to learn from Mr wonderful is he gets insulted like anything either by the fellow sharks or the entrepreneurs in every single episode but he brushes it off like nothing happened...how does he maintain his cool and anger ...something to learn really !!
That’s cause he knows it’s true, snake oil salesman. $15M to shill FTX, now reputation is shot for life.
We agree! He sure is good at staying cool headed!
@@themagic5goggles That's because he has extra airflow around his head 😁
@@KarmaticEvolution 😂😂😂😂 true
For the first time, I am seeing killer instinct from Robert to get the deal done. Bravo...........
8:00 Mr wonder 😂 is too wonderful 😂 "No we're only making a Million bucks off $500k" 😂
Most intense bidding in Shark Tank history, it even beats the Scrub Daddy episode.
Robert really looks like the kindest of them all thats why so many people like him.
This was like a five turn audition on the voice, by the time the magic5 ended their pitch, all the sharks were the ones actually fighting to get them in their teams. As a swimmer this is the first I am hearing about these custom made goggles and can't wait to get one for myself
It’s interesting watching the sharks trying to sell themselves lol 😂
These guys knew exactly when to stop talking, and from that moment the anxiety of each of the sharks to lose this deal got them the deal of their dreams
4:32 on they did not say a single word. they questioned the increase in equity from rob and lori, but every single negotiation was done among the sharks. it was actually really great to watch
It was a very efficient tactic from our co-founders 😂
Great pitch, and I love this product. The fact that they will revise the fit of the google till your happy at no cost, is a game changer. Love the product, and the company - I hope they blow up big time!
2:49 Robert’s like oh yeah I’ve heard of that place
The way Rasmus' face changed at 9:11 when Robert said he would give 1m lmao
The timing is perfect too.
These guys came into the tank, straight forward with their product, their sales, and how they manufacture. No BS just facts. Love this episode!
So happy for Robert. Top 5 entrepreneurs.
The one and only time where the sharks did more talking/pitching than the entrepreneurs 😂
We probably should've traded places with the Sharks for the second half 😂
These guys did really well, stayed silent the sharks knew the had competition the owners didnt talk didnt look at anyone in particular the sharks kept dropping their offer and then they capitalized
Its edited video , they probably talked over 1 hour, Mark talk on podcast about Shark Tank good deals they talk over 1 hour but producers edit to 8-15 minutes
Among the best episodes. I love when far different structures and expertize compete. No offer was bad. Thats what made this episode great, nail biting.
I love how it changed from them to the sharks pitching why they would be perfect. 😅
On their website it says:" We made a $1,000,000 deal with *Mark Cuban* And Robert Herjavec"
Mark hit the nail on the head, Robert didn’t know what was going on
Robert is the nicest compassionate male shark in my opinion.
If you are viewers of Shark Tank the Europeans entrepreneurs are stable & concise. Good pitches.
Thank you so much! :)
You know the company is good when Mark doesnt go out after 5 seconds of his offer.
*The best part is the PRICE is good at $55 for a custom made goggles.*
Usually, that's the main problem with products pitched here.
Still proud of you guys. The first time I've watched that portion of the show in its entirety. Now just imagine that the product is actually as good as the pitch. Maybe even better. that would be MAGIC ;-)
😍 thank you Jan!
They’re getting counter offers when they never countered hahaha
$55 is great. They could definitely sell for $100. Congrats to Robert for being all-in. 18 years spent at pools he knows what he was investing in.
Mark is known for his last-minute offers that steals the deal, Kevin is famous for his creative royalty deals, but Robert actually as creative, if not more, as other sharks when giving offers.
The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.
That's so true. but if i may ask, do you trade all by yourself?
Wow! I just looked up this person out of curiosity and I'm super impressed with her qualifications. Thanks for sharing.
This might be the first time I’ve seen all sharks in and negotiating with themselves. These guys didn’t counter once. Amazing
Mark’s face 🤣 🤣
I love the response-line, "No, it's a robotics company that makes goggles."
This is the best introduction. No stupid dances or dumb nonsense. Just straight to the point & professional like a commercial from the 1950s!
9:22 Mark being upset after someone took a deal is rare, that shows how much good they were.
And seems like Robert is not taking it all for the money but because of his interests in fitting goggles like fitting specs and also her daughter is a swimmer which is also related to goggles.
They didn’t have to counter anyone! Wow, the deals kept getting better between the sharks fighting for it 😅
damn mark was sitting there like i woulda done a million for 6.5 why didn’t y’all counter me with that one🤣i’m glad he got in on the deal in the end bc robert probably wouldn’t have closed this, kinda crazy how he threw lori under the buss too
Their Silent is GOLD!
Next time we will wear our camo and see if this works even better 😂
I couldn't stop laughing when they you know what you gonna get from Kevin: nothing 😅😅😅😅😅
Aww so nice to see Robert get a good deal and be a favorite. All the sharks are great, but he's sometimes underrated. Amazing product!!!
Mark had aswell joined for a 3.25% stake alongside Robert for a 500.000$. He really wanted the deal too and did “back door” offer to them alongside Robert .
Their presentation was top notch. Very professional and to the point.
That was really nice thinking on Robert’s part. He knew they were there for money and for the least amount of lost equity which means a higher valuation and share price for the other investors and themselves. So he just kept biding and the cool milion for 6.5 was just the value they were looking for. That what they wanted and no matter what you talk about around that fades in relevance.
Hahahaha Mark’s face at the end 🤣
I have never seen all the sharks fight so hard to get a deal. As a swimmer, this product may be exactly what I am looking for. $55 is a premium price but worth it if the goggles are that good.
We would love to produce a pair for you if you decide to give us a try 🥰
Omg this video is amazing. For the first time i see sharks being the real sharks fighting each other for a prey. This is what this show is supposed to be
All the sharks kept changing their deals I was getting hyped for these guys! This feels like something that will be apart of aquatics forever. High schools, colleges, Olympics, etc. congrats to them🔥
This is the best one. You know you’ve done an amazing job when they fight to get you.
💖
Here's why I was impressed with these guys. They are selling HIGH QUALITY, CUSTOM, and PREMIUM goggles for only $55! I'm not a swimmer and when I do jump in the pool, I don't wear goggles, yet I would buy these. That deal seems way too good to pass up.
You know you have a great business was when sharks are not only competing, but joining and simultaneously offering their own deals
For those who don't know :
Mark met Robert after this and agreed to split the deal, 500k for 3,25% each.
The deal was giving the company a valuation slightly above 15 million, as of this year, Themagic5 networth was worth around 15 millions which mean they'd easily be able to sell back without loss but seeing the progression of the company, they could very well have made a really successful investment.
When I started watching I was CONVINCED that Mark would do the deal. Proud of Robert for betting more
Mark Cuban invested along with Robert in a later update shown. The company is also making Bicycle Racing Goggles.
Those "Good Job"s at the end were so salty lol.
Mark: I’m open to a counter
….
Mark: Still open to a counter
…
😑
that big guy accent felt so powering and confident, good for them to get out with a good deal
All the Sharks knew that this product never been done before so they feast on the deal
Mark tried to use his ultimatum strategy with Europeans just to realize they didn’t flinch at all lol
It was awesome to see ALL the sharks try to win these guys over. Ultimately, my favorite shark got the deal.
