@Yoo Wat Al Capone was the greatest philanthropist of his time! A Rod had to move home every 18 months because of greedy landlords, now he talks about single unit rentals in terms of 18% pa rental growth. Seems he became what he hated!!!

If anyone wanted to do the math, the previous owner of the Timberwolves made an 11% compounded return annually over 27yrs before selling to A-Rod & Marc Lore.
At that rate they couldve just Tht amount into the S&P 500 and relax and not have to deal with the BS of running a team.

When you have that kinda money and you get into a sports team, making money is part of it but I’d have to imagine it’s more about being apart of the game. What is the end purpose? Make more money? Why? Why do people like this buy up thousands of houses just to be the guy that raised his rent and forced him to move as a kid. In central Arkansas, entire neighborhoods are being built with single family rental houses leaving first time home buyers with no options. This should be illegal imo. Multi unit, fine. I get it but leave the single housing units alone.
