OMG, I did not know you could remove the steering wheel fluid...thank you just for that. I have a 95 civic, I will see if I can switch mine. Straight forward video..Thank you
So I was going to install LEDs also and my spring didnt fit around the led fan and when I tried to make it work the spring broke and now I cant figure out how to hold the led in place now. Any help?
The spring should have easily gone around the LED as shown in the video. If you broke your spring I would suggest getting a new one to ensure the LED is held securely in place.
I just replaced mine. The flange thing that twists into the headlight hole would twist right off my bulb. I removed it, put it in the hole, then put the wire clip in place. THEN, I ran the bulb through the back of the rubber boot, pushed the boot into place, and then twisted the bulb assembly into the flange...if any of that made sense.
Yo los puse en otro auto que tenia y las altas en luces led de marca chinas son casi bajas, no se nota mucho tienes que comprar una de alto lumenes y de marca si quieres buena iluminacion
Yes, the LEDs are just plug and play for a quick easy install. Check out this link: www.automotiveauthorityllc.com/products/1992-2003-honda-civic-72w-7600lm-cob-led-headlight-conversion-kit-hi-low-beam
Great video. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Just installed these and I've never been more happy, they are so much better than the 97 factory yellow mf lights
Are they bright AF at night?
what year is your civic? I put led lights in my 2002 civic and a DRL code comes up and my dash and my day time running lights dont work
Yeah man I’m tired of them

Are LED better than HID and easier to install? I believe HID need to be installed with a conversion kit? Same with led? So many things to know lol
@WRLD-ic4dj its up to your personal preference and what you are willing to spend. Both will preform well in this application.
It is easier to pull the bulb out of the 3 prong clip.. think most spin and can pull out..
so the plug just pulls off that easy?
Where did you get those headlights for your Honda
Thanks dude

@@AutomotiveAuthority where can I get another spring?
@@TheAvada32002 Cheapest place would be a junk yard. If you can't find one there I would contact your local dealership.
@@AutomotiveAuthority the nearest one is like 2 hour drive one way.
Alex Lungu hahaha what a small world, I read this comment and thought of you. Then I saw the name.
Hmmm...i saw this video and purchased one right away.
Looks great
Do you need an anti flicker module
No you do not
Great! I ordered a pair of bulbs just wondering if they will work with daytime running lights
Boris does that help led flickering? With my low beams and left signal the head lights flicker

what about the rubber boot? is it okay without out it in place?
did you figure this out?
William Sanchez that rubber thing is just to keep dirt out
Totally fine. I lost mine and it was during a rainy season. Lights were fine
Instructions say ro make sure the boot has a tight seal to keep condensate out

I just installed mine, they appear brighter than stock but I'll know more once I drive it tonight.
They worth it?
@@nvmm166 I like to think so. Probably be better when I change my headlights.

@@4btvr4 and your day time running lights work with the led’s no issues? My lows and highs work just not the day times
What cruise control box is that?
It was an aftermarket add-on, I cannot comment on brand
Is it really as simple as that? Just plug and play?
