It's one of the newer ex-Hattons Genesis coaches. Technically both carriages are in a GER livery while the loco is in an NER livery... but they looked good together so I'm using modellers license. Thanks for watching 🎅
The NER H is a neat model. I got the red/green version because I liked the colors, but one of my coworkers made me realize that the livery made it the perfect Christmas engine. Didn’t mean for it to go down that way, but I’m glad it did.
Awesome, yeah it does fit in rather nicely at Christmas. I was tempted for that livery myself initially too although went with the preserved version in the end. Thanks for watching 🎅
Great to see North Polton back again for the festive season. Love seeing the NER H Class running with Primrose and Francis on the layout, the 2024 Christmas wagon and the TMRG wagon are a nice touch. Loving your music too. ❄☃
Thanks Nigel, the H Class was a nice addition for this year and seems to fit the layout rather nicely! Glad you enjoyed the wagons and the festive music too. Thanks for watching 🤩
Very nicely done, That Model Railway Guy. We'll be watching this many times over the season. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours as well.
Glad you enjoyed it! All being well there will be another trip to North Poleton before the big day. Merry Christmas to you too and thanks for watching 🎅
What fun to see North Poleton up and running trains again. At one point Santa was down then the elfs must of got him back up close call. Hope to see more North Poleton before Christmas. Thanks for sharing. GOD BLESS from America 🚂💕🎄💕🚂💕🎄💕🚂💕
Haha, yes I was hoping no-one had noticed that error! He's the only figure on the layout not permanently fixed down so that he can be moved around but it sometimes has unintended consequences... or perhaps he just had too much Eggnog! Thanks for watching 🎅
So nice to see North Poleton back! Are you planning on reviewing the Y7? I’m still waiting on mine because I live in Canada and we are currently experiencing a postal strike, but from what I’ve seen these are amazing little models! A,so who makes that Christmas 2024 wagon you have on the siding? It’s kinda neat and I might buy one!
Definitely - I've actually got quite a lot of reviews in the back catalog as a lot of the focus was on TT:120 this year. The Christmas wagon is from Gaugemaster... I'm not sure if they have any left but worth a try! Thanks for watching 😃
To be honest if I was to do another build like this I don't know what I'd do differently. North Poleton was one of the rare occasions were I pretty much nailed it first time - at least in my opinion. Thanks for watching 🎅
I love featuring Derails on the channel and it's great to have them sponsoring the videos - without their support a lot of them just wouldn't be possible. Really glad you're enjoying the channel too, hopefully lots more to come in 2025! Thanks for watching 🎅
Not currently, it was a one-off from Rapido when they were testing out their custom wagon printing. Who knows though, if there's enough demand I could look into doing a custom wagon of some sort. Thanks for watching 🎅
Great to see north poleton again and with the little y7 running round on it, I must admit I'm tempted to buy one of those 😀
They're beautiful little models, really nice runners too! Thanks for watching 🎅
Love the "cab car" at the end of the passenger packet.

I do love the annual yearly visit to north poleton. Lovely festive layout.
There may be more than one visit planned this year! Thanks for watching 🎅

@ThatModelRailwayGuy
I believe he had to much eggnog. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I loved the Christmas loco you made as well. Awesome work!
That was definitely a fun project! Thanks for watching 🎅
The livery of the H Class really makes it look right at home on North Poleton. 👍
It certainly does - the almost toylike shape of the class really works for Christmas too. Thanks for watching 🎅
Well 1310 was used for Santa Specials at Middleton Railway
Considering I generally tend to model preserved railways anyway it was the natural choice to go for. Thanks for watching 🎅
You cant convince me that the NER H class is not Ivor 😀 although it could be a relative!
Shall I tell Rapido to stop tooling up the Ivor model then and just use this instead? 😅 Thanks for watching 👍
Another great layout you'll put some work in that 👍
Thanks, if you haven't already seen it I did a series of videos on the build a couple of years ago. Thanks for watching 🎅
Bloomin lovely🥰
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching 🎅

@ great! Can’t wait for the review! I’ll check Gaugemaster and see if they have any of those wagons in stock still!
would love to see another build like this

Wow I missed North poleton you done a great job with it
Thanks, it's a nice little layout - it's always good fun to get it out for the festive season every year! Thanks for watching 🎅
Thanks for sponsoring derails I went and I love it also you are the best UA-camr ever

Great watching like to have seem inner line used to
Stay tuned... there may be some progress on that front coming soon! Thanks for watching 🎅
3:50 can we buy that coal wagon?

Did you fit the shuttle unit to the narrow gauge section as planned?
There may be a video on that very subject coming soon 😉 Thanks for watching 🎅
