Can you use an aluminum roof if you use masonry product such as Faswall or HempBLOCK. Do understand correctly that masonry may cause the aluminum to corrode? If so, what roof material would you recommend? Thank you so much.

I can find cheap land very easily. That's what I do all day. I buy, sale and wholesale land. I'm looking to build my first container home.
i found a cheap land 10k next to another house but 1) city sewer does not exist 2) septic is not allowed and only septic tank is an option for 20k 3) to get water connected it will cost >75k
for such budget to fix the issues i can buy a notmal land in city.
conclusion: cheap land is cheap for reason.
Any tips to finding cheap land in or around Eureka, California?
Look south or north of Arcata, possibly inland more. Land is better priced away from the coast. I kind of know that area. I graduated from Humboldt back in the day.
