You got lucky, I had a 570s. It spent 6 out of 12 months in the shop. The car couldn't even be washed without throwing a fault. It regularly couldn't find the key, the fire wall detached itself, I had ac faults door faults engine faults. Worst ownership experience of my life. It was one of the best cars I've owned, but at the same time, hands down, most unreliable car I've had and I've had many.
Good feedback! How many miles? Interestingly this one had 27k. And it was driven often. Seems like most issues are due to the cars sitting and or not in a tender.
Nice video! I did learn 2-3 tricks with your video, thanks! I feel sorry for gtrzerp2157 but I just want to say my 570S Spyder has now 29k miles and I have had zero problems. I just don't understand why people buy these cars and don't drive them. Ryem3, I wouldn't trade my 570S for the Artura you are giving away engine displacement, the M838T, is a very strong and reliable engine. McLaren and Ricardo redeveloped the M838T engine for use in the McLaren P1, producing 727 horsepower. And that's not even including the electric motor. On the 570S, as you may know, the tuning is toned down from McLaren. The good thing with the 570S is that if you want more power, with 5-6 thousand, it can be a 700hp rocket. I believe that the V6 M630 in the Artura is already at its limits.
