Mine’s the 1981 (6.6M serial) version of this 16750, the series’ first year of production, on original 62510H Jubilee (w/ 50/550 end link engravings, and F11 clasp). All original including red-backed faded bezel, dial, hands, booklet and boxes. Gorgeous matching eggshell patina on expired lume plots and hand inserts. Movement Rolex-serviced. Many would keep this beauty in a vault, far away from human interaction to preserve its ever-increasing value. For me, it’s my daily wear. I’m gentle with it, but certainly not paranoid. Love it too much not to wear it (except when doing gardening or other knock-about work). The modern ceramic GMTs are lovely and I wouldn’t turn one away, but these vintage GMTs really speak to me. (No, I don’t hear voices in my head!)
