      Hi Honey! Glad you found it useful 😊Check your salt if you are seeing white stains. Sometimes this happens if salt is inadequate. I will go ahead and refill even if the indicator is not on. It fixed the problem for me.

    LG recommends use of Citric Acid so is it all right to use and does it serve the purpose of cleaning.
    Thanks 😊

      Hi Anil, thanks for reaching out! Yes, Citric acid is stronger than vinegar and can be used as well - esp when there are tough hard water salt deposits.

    Whats the salt setting (hardness level) you have kept in the dishwasher ? Sometimes more salt residues are left . I'm using a Bosch dishwasher

    • @TheGrapevineIndia
      @TheGrapevineIndia  2 роки тому

      Hi Anderson Landis - I have kept it at 5 as I have hard water in my area. It depends on what the water hardness is in your area. You can experiment by reducing the salt setting. The white residue could also be detergent - if you are using that, so try reducing the amount of detergent.

    Hi, In a Month - cleaning with White Vinegar & Baking Soda is enough OR White Vinegar,Baking Soda and Fortune Descalar needed OR only Fortune Descalar enough OR Finish Liquid Fresh Cleaner enough ? I am thinking in budget purchase.
    Which program ( 70degree temperature,Traywash, Inner cleaner, 60degree temperature,ECO-50degree) do we need to run for above any cleaning process.

    • @TheGrapevineIndia
      @TheGrapevineIndia  3 роки тому

      Hi - you can use the descaler once a quarter or once in 6 months if you are on a budget. You can use vinegar and baking soda cleaning regularly - you can use the auto mode and run a full cycle with these.

    Hi...bought a Bosch DW 10 days ago. This was a good info.
    After d wash cycle...though d vessels r fairly dry , d baskets and d floor of d DW are too wet...is this normal ?

    • @TheGrapevineIndia
      @TheGrapevineIndia  3 роки тому

      Hi Dr. Veena - There will be some dampness as Bosch dw does air drying and not steam drying. The rinse aid should help with drying of your vessels. Leave your DW door open for some time after clearing the vessels to air it.

    Hi am using faber 12 plates dishwasher I don't know why when I start my dishwasher I feel the fan are hitting to the upper rack even after adjusting vessels n sometimes I can feel vessels moving sound can u please tell me the solution and particularly it is hitting sometimes on upper rack right side back

    • @TheGrapevineIndia
      @TheGrapevineIndia  2 роки тому

      Hi Advaith, that does not seem right. The fan is probably not fitted properly or vessels may be jutting out of the rack - thereby making the fan touch the vessels. Vessels don't move in a dishwasher - so I'm guessing something is obstructing the fan. You can remove the fan and fix it back in. Before starting the dishwasher, also check if the fan is touching any vessels manually (see this video ua-cam.com/video/9u8z0hQBNIs/v-deo.html on how to test that as an example) If that does not work, I recommend you to call support.

      @@TheGrapevineIndia Thanks , Vinegar trick worked well. We were actually using just the tablets earlier (Finish/Fortune) and it ws fine. Then we also added rinse (Finish) and Salt (Crystale) along with tablets. We feel that this smell staretd coming out after this only. is it possible that combination of Rinse aid + tablet could be adding that foul smell. As many say that rinse and salt are not required along with tablet.

    • @TheGrapevineIndia
      @TheGrapevineIndia  3 роки тому +1

      Hi! If you dont have hard water in your area - you don’t need to add salt and rinse aid - just the tablet will do. Continue with whatever works best. Since it depends a lot on water condition, there is no one answer that is right for everyone in this case 😊 glad it is sorted out for you
