Note to self 10 bad habits to break in 2022 1. waking up late. 2. rushing during the day. 3. Sitting too much. 4. Letting your room be messy. 5. Spending alot of tym on socialmedia. 6. Negative self talk. 7. Looking for instant gradification. 8. Wait for perfect tym. 9.not making promises with yourself. 10.staying in your comfort zone.
