For a city that rains 9 months a year, I don't understand why it's so damn expensive to live here. Seattle has more rain and even more expensive. Are long, soggy winters the allure?
@@MarvinThiessen Because the city has a ton to offer, great culture, lots of outdoor activities, and incredible beauty that can be accessed all seasons. Sunny 24/7 is boring.
City taxpayers subsidize homeless freeloaders and other societal misfits. No light rail turnstiles, rare fare checks, ticket machines out of order, "Alice in Wonderland" mentality by Tri-Met.
