So informative and real! I’m a dental student and it’s so nice to be able to hear you guys talk about life outside dental school in an honest manner. Makes me even more motivated to study hard. (Also you are the cutest couple ever!!)
I loved video! It was very informational how you set up the compare and contrast on the outlook of how practicing changes over time. Wishing you guys the best and looking forward to more great content!
You guys are so cute together! I just found this channel and I’m really liking it! I’m in my 3rd year of dental school and also make UA-cam videos. They are not as quality as these though so keep it up!
Im 26 and I'm a dental assistant. I want to be a dentist but im so nervous, should I just go or it i somewhat think its a little late but im willing to try .I love your videos they inspire me.
thank you so much for this video -great content, but great production too. Im a fourth year canadian dental student and this is exactly what I wanted to hear lol. Just a follow up on this video.. I actually agree so much with Dani- I find problem solving/ determining diagnosis the most difficult. Do you have any advice/ tips on diagnosis and treatment planning process? any feedback is great appreciated!. Future video suggestions: Do you have tips for preparing for the Canadian boards? Tips for newly grad dentists on patient management, actual clinical skills, etc. Thank you!
What major would you recommend for undergrad pre-dental students? I do want to own a practice one day, and I wonder if economics or finance would be a good major to add to human health.
honestly, as long as you have the prereqs done it doesn't matter what major you do. Go after something that interests you and you'll be more motivated with your coursework
Hi , I am a foreign trained dentist, 31 yrs planning to seek dds in usa. According to you ,is it worth so much debt. And if u can suggest what other next bst career path I can pursue . TIA
@@josephwhite6817 agreed......32 years in practice and i bristle whenever I hear some practice management guru preach about "selling". Bullshit. Do what you're supposed to do, and the money will take care of itself.
you bet. Dentists can choose to only do what they want to do, and are under no obligation (and shouldn't) do anything they aren't comfortable with (or don't like)
Music is nice but too loud. I, personally, could do without it altogether. I can't listen to the words for the music interfering so I can't watch this.

I'm a dental student and I have classmates that are in their thirties, even had one that was in his fifties. You're never too old.

I just graduated high school I'm very interested in getting it to Dentistry I'm a little bit afraid... I need some advice.
What classes should I take that will lead me to dentistry ?
Check out Stephen P Ray’s video on how to become a dentist!
Ugh I’m 23 working to be accepted into dental school but I feel like I’m to old and it’s to late is it?
definitely not, I had people who were late 30s in my class
This is inspiring ☺️☺️

How much did you and her get paid right out of dental school?
How is paying debt as a new dentist?
Hey did Dani do a residency or went straight to work?
straight to work 🛠
So what happens when y’all have no idea how to treat the patient or how to diagnose them? Have you ever misdiagnosed someone?
if in doubt as a general dentist, refer!
So cute 🧡
Private practice dentistry is about selling. Your clinical skill is not as important as long as you can get by.
agree with elements of this
Selling has no place in dentistry..... 24 yrs in profession and never have I used sales tactics!

Do dentists get to choose what work they want to do , like you guys said avoiding prosdontics because you dont like it

Dentistry sucks if you don’t wish to treat teeth in the first place and secondly if you don’t like to be “merry” most of the days😀.
I’ll gladly put on that perfect smile all day long until my face muscles give up, if I get that kind of the money
Dobbie!!!!
More dog content plz and thanks
