Hi Marta I can't pick up your comment on my account. To turn the hourly chime you need to press reset and hold, then start and you should see the alarm icon disappear. it also deactivates the alarm.

Hi, press mode 3 times, then press reset 5 times the day will flash then press start until you get desired day and press mode to get back to normal.

If the light goes on it automatically gives color. I think it's in the lcd display. If the light doesn't go on its the battery or the buttons that is faulty.

Hi Thanks for watching.When you set the hours and go pass 12 pm or 12am it automatically change to 24h mode and pm/am will disappear.Hope this will help you.

It could be the battery is going flat. Or an error with the sound. If the alarm icon is showing it should work. Sound check is you press your buttons and there is no beep sound, it could be one of the above mentioned.
