Hey Nancy! I don't have a video on bows for dogs, but it could definitely be done! I think loose elastic bands could be used, and I would just attach it in the same manner as I did the clip in this video. Or, you can even just clip the bow onto the band. Hope this helps! ---Becky
Hey Heather! You can do this with any Cricut machine! I usually recommend the Explore series, and now you can even find some of the prior model (Explore Air 2) on clearance at the local craft stores. The newer machines are great, and the Maker has a few more capabilities, but overall the Explore Air 2 is a great machine that will do everything most crafters need. Hope this helps! ---Becky
