I think these really demonstrate where Super 7's Ultimates excel. As an upscaling and uprezzing of original toys with a bit more articulation and a lot more finish and accessories? Pretty cool.
Totally agree every time they've done this with a playmates figure it's just looked absolutely amazing and it's so fun to have I think some of their original designs are are starting to look really cool they just need to capture that kind of zaniness and all the wacky stuff that come with it
Really enjoying the reviews on this new wave. Excited to pick these up, even though it’ll be slowly but surely! Keep up the awesome videos! Really enjoying your channel!
Where is that sword from that Leo is holding in his mouth? And where is that turtle stand from to hold the turtles? Overall I really enjoy watching your videos playing with his toys like you’re a kid again but to be fair I guess we’re all kids at heart. It’s just a lot shame that people don’t give super seven enough credit just complaints.
@@Symphonia30 the sword is from the turtles of Grayskull stealth ninja Leo and the stands are mezco stands. Thank you! It's way fun playing with the toys and coming up with neat scenes. Which I would have had stands as a kid
Awesome review. I am jealous. He looks as good - maybe even better - as Robot Rocksteady. I love the gun metal gray. S7 admitted they over spent on Wave 7 for the amount of money the figures cost. I think you can tell in the accessory count comparison between Robotc Rocksteady and Robotic Bebop. The damaged hand is what really sold me on Bebop. I'm hoping I get my figures in a week.
@@nwobw thank you! Yeah the accessories for Bebop are pretty intense really like he is a lot of stuff I think Rocksteady has a good amount of accessories honestly and I'm happy with that but it's it's wild what they did for Bebop
@@toomuchnewtoys After getting my Robotic Bebop and messing with him, I love the figure but I have a few minor nitpicks that put him below Robotic Rocksteady for me. First, I am not 100% sure he doesn't have rocker ankles, but I don't think he has them. On the positive side, his torso articualtion is pretty good. The ab crunch isn't great, but he's got very good side to side and rotation. This is definitely a winner. That limits the posing options. Thigh twists and rocker ankles are the most POAs. The paint immediately rubs off the knee pins when you articulate the legs. I think Robotic Rocksteady has the same issue but his knee joints are black so it's easy to fix with a permanent marker.
Great video, agreed Super7 not perfect but no toy company is. Something about super7 figs feel like toys you can just mash around and have fun. It's the only collector line I let my 5 year nephew play with. Really hope playmates would let them continue with the original tmnt line. How cool would a Pizza Face fig be in this line.
@@robledoeugene1975 thank you! They really do nail that mix of "adult collectible" but keeping it very toyetic and fun. I really would love more of the playmates designs too. It's just so good getting them blown up

I just got Robot Bebop and I’m happy to display him with his buddy Robot Rocksteady for my Tmnt collection
