Time is money man! Just went through my personal zero turn, fixed some issues that I have been dealing with for years. When we always work on everyone else's equipment we tend to neglect our own. I learned to take care of yourself first so you can serve others better. Great information, great video!
When You showed the one discharge mower blade. Unless I'm looking at it wrong. I may be in my old age. But that mower blade may be on upside down, or the all may be. May want to take a look at them.
How did you remove the intake manifold from the carburetor, what’s your process? I’m replacing the carb on my z425 now and trying to use the same manifold without damaging it
I don’t think I really have a process, per se. I first of all, try to avoid unbolting the carb from the intake manifold (just leave the manifold attached and work on it that way). If I do need to take it off from the carburetor, I just try to be careful. You probably know this, but the manifold has to be unbolted from the engine to remove the carburetor (unless there is some other method I’m not aware of).
I’m sorry but what does jumper to ground mean? I’m pulling out what little hair I got left trying to get my z 445 going!! Says there’s 2 frame grounds I see one down by starter at base of engine block but cannot find other one!!
I ran a ‘jumper’ wire from my engine to my negative battery terminal. I believe I just used some jumper cables. But it helped me identify that I had a poor ground connection. I hope that helps you!
I watched the video we’re you got the ztrak running and it was typsy everyone of them I have seen has weights on them on the front of the platform were you put your feet.
Good to know. I actually like how this one has most of the weight over the rear axle. It has way better traction than most lower end zero turns. I’m sure having larger rear tires helps too.
Sounds good. Thank you for video. Blessings to you.
Thanks for watching!

I’m still learning that lesson!
Love it! Good to see the old deere running again!!

Hello, If you have a tachometer what rpm is the engine running that would be interesting on all your engines , thanks Lewis
I don’t have one, but I’ve thought about getting one. We’ll see if that happens!

@@garagestory ok thank you very much sir! I just got home from work gonha try that! Thx again and thanks for replying!
Did you find the second ground location?
A bigger mower gets the yard cut quickly and the time is cut in a great bit of time unless you like being on a mower for long periods of time 😂
I do enjoy mowing, but I enjoy it most when I can get it done quickly!
