Almost rented a house on a two lane road .
My wife loved it about a mile from our daughter's school. I don't like how close it was to the highway.
We didn't get it. Within 3 months 3 vehicles drove into it. Within a year several more did to. So the state bought it and demo'd it. Sad but when I was in school they said all I needed to learn was English. Multi language people are blessed.

Now I do wonder who pays for the house repairs.
The driver wont and could be dead anyway.
Car insurance will deny any liability, as it was caused through a police pursuit.
