I didn't bid on the AVs auction becayse there was an islanders auction that ended like 4 hours earlier. 🤣 I think the fairest thing is to redo it a week later with original starting bids. The avalanche reopened the bid at the highest bid which allows prices to continue to go higher. So really the one who wins is kroenke sports "charities". And all the buyers are worse off because collectively they have had to pay more. Or they could turn about like the bruins and just offer jerseys at high prices via the shop.
