Somebody wiped it with wax while it was in the sun, you're not supposed to do that. Not supposed to put wax on that wood at all. I've seen this many times in luxury motorhomes where the owners thought it was a good idea to wax the high gloss cabinets lol
And then they get cloudy and foggy just like this.

The MBZ factory wanted an estimate to refinish about a million wood sets because they were all faded same as this man's MBZ. I don't know the estimate cost.
