You're amazing, I'm not alone anymore anymore. I am 52 woman with cerebral palsy spastic diplegia. My spasticity goes nuts when I have an audience. Stiffness when cold. Many of the same things you described. I appreciate your videos so much. I avoided mirrors my whole life because I couldn't stand seeing myself walk. I thank you so much for sharing. Keep it up!
I am a huge fan, follow your videos all the time. I think you are doing great. I don't have CP, but I have incomplete spinal cord injury which I have to deal with spasticity all the time. I would like to add couple more items to your list. 1. Cigarettes, 2. Sleeping too much, 3. Digestion problems (it is the worst, stay out of junk food, processed food, and sugar and alcohol is mostly sugar), I try to eat food that contains fibers, fish, not sushi though, also use olive oil, instead of other oils in your cooking. 4. As you said it, COLD, I try to walk to keep my blood circulation active and my heart pressure high. Even laying down, I try to move my legs and arms. I have bought a smart band, it measures all your bodily functions, it vibrates if you sit to much, you depression and you heart pressure levels. It has basically changed my life. 5. Sneezing, as you mentioned, if I feel I will sneeze, I squeeze my nose until the feelings past, but sometimes it won't work. 6. Toxic relations and dialogues with people. I know it is a lot but I will try to come back and add more items. My suggestion to people with spastic symptoms is to move to a warmer climate but not too warm like a tropical geography. Love from Istanbul, take care.
Finally i caught your video blemi you are such a sweet lovable person i find you quite an interesting person love you so much you are beautiful as you are awesome video
I can relate to the reaction to the cold weather. To keep my body warm, i use a hot pack, morning and night. Yes, pain is so bad. I can get an attack that will bring me down to my knees! Wine helps the circulation. You just need a small amount.
When I get pins and needles, it will creep up from my foot up to part of my calves. So, I shake my foot to get the circulation going, or press on my foot a few times and it wakes it up.

Can you make a video about CP and cramps? Often when i'm laying in bed, i get these random crampes...
Great video. I can definitely relate to sinking like a rock in cold water, it makes swimming difficult.
Phew! Glad I’m not alone!
