I got sidetracked and couldn’t comment after I workout. That WAS spicy! It flew by it was so fun. Quick question, when you do skull crushers are the two weights touching or are your hands apart? Thank you for another awesome workout!
YEAH!!! Great job!! And great question - I do it both ways to be honest. If you were a total purist, you’d say don’t let the weights touch as it makes it a bit harder. But sometimes I also use a single dumbbell and it’s still a skull crusher. So, if you have the strength, don’t let the dumbbells touch - but don’t worry too much if they do. Just keep those elbows tucked in 💪
This is the only workout I performed for the day. I don’t recommend doing abs after as we have plenty of abs work this week - I only recommend doing abs once per week. Doing additional ab training won’t yield better results. If you have extra time, you could always add some additional cardio or perform a few heavier sets of the exercises during the workout at the end 💪

Plus every time we do a full body - especially with standing or kneeling exercises - our abs are getting an amazing workout. You don’t need to train abs more than once per week!
