I was sad to see major Sri Lankan music heritage like Sooriya Village and Sooriya Labels shut down earlier this year. Sad to see good folks like DK Promotions struggling to keep Sinhala music alive anymore. YES...You are exactly correct. I am the one who started all unplugged, acoustic stage concerts way before all others. The first 100% unplugged music cassette of mine released in 1998. Calypso 1. After that I did the same medley on stage at bmich with all original singers in 2003 and continued till 2008.
