Hey Sylvia, you are not the first person telling us that. It might not be available in all countries indeed.
You can always try switching your Canva account to English and log out / back in.

How to access the Draw app in Canva? It’s not on mine?
Here it says it's still a BETA feature, so it might be that not every user has it.
It's on desktop and iPad.

yes this feature is available in BETA here in Australia. It's called Draw under the apps (More button on the left side menu).

De pronto intenta cambiar el idioma de tu cuenta.
La feature esta todavia en BETA.

Hi Amy, on this tutorial I used the "Draw (Beta)" app, not the Character.
If you don't see it under More it might be already open (?)
