This track has lots of interesting parts - the dissonant transitions between 13:00 and 15:00 really stand out.

Yes, there's a lot going on here: opening with a drone sequence (evoking winds and/or a droning engine) that morphs into an ascending, echoing keyboard section, before falling into dark dissonance, then rising once again, before falling back into a final drone outro -- a cold wind slowly punctuated by a quiet, single-note pulse.
