- In today's easy furniture flip we will be testing out Heirloom Tradition's All-In-One paint for the first time! All-In-One paint would definitely make flipping furniture faster but do I really trust it?
Nightstand Numbers: $10 purchase+ $20 new legs + $10 Paint = $40 all in!
At the time of releasing this video we had not yet sold this piece (patience is apparently still a virtue). Our total money made flipping furniture since we started the channel remains at $720

Thanks for watching with us! This fun little project was super easy and fast. Do you have a project sitting around that just needs a good pair of legs to help it out?
I list them as side tables so people don't think it's only for the bedroom. Beautiful job!
Good point 👍🏼
I like how it came out but you should definitely watch HTP videos and use the deglosser. There is a system when using that paint.
I won a free quart of this paint but I’ve never used it so I did a quick search. Bam 💥 your video is number one suggested!!! Well done thanks for this tutorial.
Love this!
Thank you ☺️
Amazing job, i loved 🌹
Thank you for the encouragement! I appreciate it!
Very beautiful, well done great job!
Thank you so much! It’s my first time with a creamier color and I love it!
I think its pretty
Looks great
Thank you!
Cute piece. I like the soft white. I like your discussion about “extra” protection from bleeding. It comes up in other videos now and then. I have not started painting yet, lots of collecting of pieces, different paint, and tools.
Collecting pieces is addicting! Once you start hunting down beautiful bargains you quickly find yourself with a garage full 😁
It looks so nice! But I thought this product didn’t call for sanding?
Tku tku tku for the wonderful idea's
🙏👍👍👍💐
And thank you for taking the time to comment! I appreciate it 🙂
Very nice, like the color. Pretty.
Thank you!
Your almost at 1000... Congrats!!
Thank you! I keep checking and am excited to reach that goal!
Looks great! Watch HTP videos to how to use this paint. I’ve used it on several items and they came out great!
Thanks!! I have since watched some and gave it another try!
How did you clean your hinges? I think it looks amazing.
I took them off and scrubbed them down with some dawn dish soap and a scrubby in my sink. If I had it to do over I would have taken it apart before painting because the paint I did get on them took some scrubbing!
Beautiful but I noticed that’s you paint the hinges but now it’s different color
It was quite awhile ago so I don’t fully remember but I think I decided to clean them off before the paint cured too much then carefully painted around them for other coats 🤔
How much did you post it for? And how can you figure out your posting price for an item?
Thanks for the question! I listed it at $130 and accepted an offer for $115 after a little over a week. When I list an item I have to consider how much other people are selling similar things for in my area (every area is different and I search Facebook marketplace a lot!) and I also consider what a costumer could buy it new for. This piece would probably have done much better in a booth at a shop because it’s hard to tell it’s true size while scrolling through 100 pictures and it didn’t preform very well of Facebook marketplace and received very few inquiries. Every area will be unique to what style they like and how much they will pay for it!
The paint is now $45 i want to do my bathroom cabinets befor the kitchen i am scared 😮
You really do need to prime with their white and light colors. Don't learn the hard way. I've done it and it's frustrating.
I decided to subscribe to your channel because I think you have a lot of promise. But those legs are terrible they make the table look like it's floating
Well, welcome to the Adventure- hopefully you’ll like some of our other flips better!
It’s too bad you didn’t use their one step cleaning product, and follow the directions for application. You would’ve gotten a much smoother finish using their recommended “brush and roll technique“. No need to protect against bleed through and need for primer.
