Subornation of Perjury - Penal Code Section 127
The crime of subornation of perjury occurs whenever a person solicits someone else to commit perjury.

They put you in, then free you.... These are the games they play and will continue to play... It's disgusting. And the witness lied imagine that and he's been living with it for 30 years.

There should be reparations for the wrongfully convicted. At least give them something ( maybe $250,000 )to start Their lives over. That's nothing compared to the 30 years that was stolen from this man .

All Praises to YAHWEH for giving Lamar Johnson the strength to hang in there because he was working on setting him free. Mr. Johnson stood that test and now he must go through a new test. Welcome to the outside world of struggling, son, evilness, sickness, unkindness etc. I hope he stays on the right path. He can do it. One day at a time.

It should be a law that compensates wrongfully imprisoned citizens, a standard of $100,000 per year depending on state and prison. Maybe the state will take these matters more seriously.

    No compensation???!!!!????
So they can keep doing this to innocent people without any consequences?!?!?

Missouri is the worst for wrong convictions. He does not have the ability to sue the State of Missouri. Missouri has one of the strictest compensation laws. Look at Kevin Strickland 43 years behind bars with physical issues, when he was exonerated he was in a wheelchair owned by State of Missouri and Missouri took the wheelchair from him when he was released. There is no accountability from the state. It will be interesting if compensation law is changed for exonerated prisoners.
