      You have to have an order come through in order to source the product. It’s mad annoying

    I have got a free trial subscription for AutoDs but I when I click on orders the drop-down menu still doesn’t say that I have the ‘quote’ dab, instead I have a ‘sourcing request’ dab. Please can you help me fix this because my I don’t want to lose money and trust with AutoDS. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience 👍

      Hi there, yes! You will see all the product information, shipping policies, and pricing in the AutoDS marketplace. In just a few clicks, you can edit your selling price and import it to your store.

    hello there , if i choose the shipping which say on average 10 days shipping time to US which cost 10$ , is this for all states ? like even Hawaii and Alaska ? please answer , thank you

      Hi there, it varies per supplier! So it would be recommended ot communicate with them by accessing the message button in AutoDS or from your supplier's website. Good luck!

    But if the quote you receive has a product with different variants that aren't the same as what you're looking for, what should I do

      I google image searches till I found the right product with all 5 variants and was missing one. I found a different supplier and copied that 1 variant ID and put that into the product on autoDS. It worked but it was sketchy and annoying as is most of this life lmao.

    Do i need to have an existing order for a product before i may request sourcing. I have been asking this question for the longest time and cannot get a straight answer. Please assist. thank you.

    Can I purchase in bulk? Like 500 units for one item?

      Hi there! The dropshipping model in AutoDS does not have MOQ, every order from your store is fulfilled one at a time in the AutoDS orders page. But there is an option to contact a supplier in our platform and see if the supplier agrees to it.

    Hello. I have sourced my product and I want to keep the shipping time to the Us using the current carrier, however if I change the shipping time to let’s say South Africa, it sets all of my US orders to the same price and time. Can I only have it ship to 1 country at a time with a specific shipping time? Do I let Americans get a product in 5 days and let South Africa take 1 month? How does this work?

      Hi! Yes, you should be able to remove a product from your store if you no longer want to sell it. I recommend checking this with the selling platform you are using.

    Hi, I uploaded some products to the application and asked for sources (sourcing request). It's been more than 4 days since I requested and the products are still in the "in progress" status. What can I do? I opened a note and they still haven't gotten back to me on the matter

    So I know have a product imported to my store from a fellow company so I can request sourcing. Then I clicked on linking and the product that was sourced is now linked. If I order from my website know will autods buy it from my competitor or from the quoted product that I linked?

      They say 48 business hours for sourcing request not 48 hours. It’s annoying and tricky, but it does work. Certain products take like 10 minutes to source from what I noticed
