I totally get you. I have to bring out my power of resistance from the bottom of my feet up to my head. Everytime I get tempted to enter a shop and buy something I don't even need. You're right, Unnecessary spending does cause big arguments.

Lol you right, recently I’ve been able to scale back a little with my workouts, before it was something I had to do for the sake of my mental health but now that I’m getting Better and better the need is not as strong so on days where my man is home I can put my workout off for a later time and enjoy my family! 💛

Haha no sis… this topic came up for a reason. I had a shopping problem before. Keeping it real because this could help someone.
Shopping was like a form of therapy to me especially when I was stressed or down. As long as the money was there I spent it. Then once the pandemic hit & the money stop flowing I got hit with a shock!!! I really struggled. I had nobody to “snap me out of it!” Anything that makes you feel good can turn into an addiction. Not Saying This Her Case but it was mine. Sometimes we have to * be honest with ourselves * . Good balance is necessary in everything.
I commend her for being a good mama & wife. I appreciate her sharing personal matters with us. Coming from a sincere place💕🙏🏾.

I like the longer blog, music was fine. I love shopping & I dont like returning anything. Shopping contributes to my sense of well being/happiness. The hydrangea gardens were very pretty. I think your braids can go another 2 weeks, you can do an updo for your bday. 🌺
Gurrrl!!!! When it comes to impulsive shopping you’re looking at the queen. When I was raising my children it was a outlet for me to go to the mall spend hours until it was time to pick up the kids from school. I can’t lie to you it was bad I was hiding stuff in my car trunk my closet so that my husband wouldn’t catch on😂 Fast forward to now I finally weaned myself off to the point of being a normal person😂your braids is fine but for your birthday gurl do the silk press you know how we do our birthdays. I watched the whole vlog with my 10 month old nephew, and we loved every bit of it! For your birthday, I think you should keep the braids so you can relax! If you think they’re too messy, you can try putting setting foam and a scarf to lay the hair down a little bit better.

My Mom is French from Alsace, (Angevillers) is her village. My Dad is African American 🇺🇸 and they have been married for 64 years ... yep 👍🏽 and still going. They met and married in France and came to the USA in 1958. They have 4 kids (all adults now) my brother was born in France and us 3 girls were born in New York. ✨ L❤️VE is L❤️VE ✨
