That second place Scoops is a sub outlet of Devon House ice cream that’s why it’s so good guys. The next time try there Devon Stout flavor, rum & raisin, pineapple or they have a Jamaican flavor but I forgot the name so ask for it. Or if you get to go to the actual real Devon House in Kingston that would be great then they would give you the little sample sticks. Hellshire Beach fresh fish n lobster caught by local fishermen, straight from the sea to the dutchy you literally can’t get fresher than that two festivals a red stripe beer or a can of Ting. My idea of heaven.
