Apparently bad conductor but great composer, many people specially the Russians consider that Glazunov as an antithesis of Tchaikovsky , which works are considered much more European and not Russian , but at least in this concert the Glazunov feelings are totally European (that is my impression) , as if it were may be Lalo, Bruch, etc, and even it is written in just 20 min, nothing strange in that time.
Great interpretation of maestra Hilary Hahn , Semyon Bychkov and WDR orchestra , and thanks for that wonderful piece
