@@fulcrum6760 I mean I'm just guessing from looking at it. She turns on her sandy and reaches for his chest, pulls away then starts doing it again but with blood splatters on every impact. He blocks the first one but apparently has nothing to fight back with, I assume because he no longer has his knife. Mantis blades are primarily cutting weapons besides, would be weird to stab him a handful of times when she could just dismember him instead.

I hate that we don't have an option to save this guy. He is not an evil unlike many other characters. Course he is criminal, but everyone here is criminal, and he doesn't create soul prison, he don't push anyone to use blackwall. He build his place, dogtown and keep it so long, he deserve some respect

Really well done on Very Hard, it shows the extreme difference in how Hansen comes at you, he runs away in lower difficulties but always charges you (with sandy and leap attack) at high level (your 58) and Very hard difficulty.
I wished we had a finishing sequence with the other bosses like Oda and Adam Smasher
now I regret going with So mi haha I wanted to kill this dude so bad. That line at the end from V is so fking badass.
On other hand im happy that Alex gets to live,lol
just play the other branch. i go through the game and play every ending, and try different playstyles
thats why one must manually save right before doing THE choice, so you can go the other route if you want to
both routes are insane anyway
As said by GrinXpedia, when walking down the stairs with Songbird you can do a manual save and restart Firestarter to pick different ending of your choice, you can also do a save just before you go thru the doorway to get to Hansens fight arena so you can redo Hansens boss fight, put grenades back into inventory (remove facial imprint), etc.
Love this style of fighting. Using a knife just like Hansen and meeting him like a man. I used a quickhack build on my channel. Well done 💪🔥🔥

So much more badass that this is with very hard, I hate when people play in normal and hard complaining that the game is too easy and the boss fight doesn’t post a challenge
To be fair I play in on very hard and it's kinda boring in the sense that the game just makes everyone tangier and higher damage. Not many interesting mechanics with the difficulty
@@CasualSlayer i get y’a, tho I’m not sure about other difficulties but for me the enemies in very hard are already so good at spamming nades to flush players out of cover, pushing, flanking and quick hacking players to keep us on our toes that I don’t really feel the need for them to be mechanically different for them to be interesting, because they already processed tactical minds even by them being tanker and hit so goddamn hard it already makes crafting, upgrading, particular build, synergistic weapons, taking cover, movement and positioning pure necessity in very hard.
Nice. I did this with a similar melee build but with more flashy weapons: Byakko, Baseball Bat x-Mod 2, and Agaou. You should try them out, cause nothing is more satisfying than dashing in with a Katana, Quake the ground with a Baseball Bat, before throwing an explosive electric axe in your enemy's face.
Also, don't know 'bout 2.01 and 2.02, but in 2.0, you can actually just loot Hansen and leave after incapacitating him, but he'll die off-screen anyway. I don't know if the devs didn't account for that, or it's a suggestion that foul play was involved during his moment of weakness.

I wish my fights were as sleek and badass as this. I juste use a Body build with Biodyne Berserk and a baseball bat and just go "Hulk smash!" and look like a caveman of the future.
Apogee +Osprey++Microtor+ Structural Weakness made this fight hella easy
Idk man, Hansen was kinda badass, and I liked him. And he did nothing bad to us really, so it's a shame we can't spare him.
I also wish there was a way to become an ally with him

I wish they added scripted Sandevistan moments. Like when Alex pulled a gun out on Reed and V. Theres an option if your reflexes are 20 where you disarm her. They should’ve made one for if you had a sandevistan, you could use that to disarm her. Or when you meet up with Reed and he puts a gun to your ribs, I wouldve loved to show Reed up in that moment.

In my playthrough Alex took out Hansen without noticeable difficulty.
Surprise attack vs head on confrontation. None of the FIA guys could’ve taken Hansen in a 1v1 let alone a 1v3.

After the hallucination with me playing as Hansen I was expecting there to be a joining him branch.
wait i played through the dlc 3 times and never got this fight LOL. what route do you have to go down exactly. im guessing not saving so mi because thats what i did 3 times because she's precious
The 2 choices with different endings are 1) Betraying Reed (saving Songbird) and 2) Betray Songbird (side with Reed). If you betray Songbird, the initial fight leaving the Stadium is all the same but right at the end (same path with SoMi) of killing all Hansens men, you do the boss fight with Hansen, then SoMi gets catured and you get to take on the elite MaxTac squad and follow SoMi (who now is Black Wall influenced all the time) to the Pacifica Cynosure abandoned undergroun Bunker and you take on an attack Mech (very difficult). Helping Reed actually gives more content although the fightout thru the airport is magnificent, but sadly Alex is killed by Hansen. You get to Kill So MI at her request, she her memories, tell Myers to *uck herself (I think Vs street cred just went off the charts), and Reed survives, admits he was wrong to try to brind Songbird back to Meyers. You should really try both endings.
There is a synergy between Nehan and Satori, you applying stronger bleeding after attacking with either one, and then using the other. I would suggest swaping Errata with Satori :)

use Agaou and hit his weak spots, the dash in with the katana. surprised you're not hitting his weak spots, you'll get more damage more quickly.

Had him cyberphsycho with quickkhead-spread and then i went invisible. He put a gun to his head and pulled th trigger, but his head so thicc it only did a ton of dmg.
At 0:28 when it shows [F] Perform Finisher, does it actually offer you to win the boss fight when the boss is at 82% health?

I thought he had some scripted attacks that always hit no matter what. I’ve seen him pull out of animations and warp around to get them. But not here! Impressive.
That was an amazing way to kill Kurt. On this play through I did net running so I kind of killed him instantly didn't get a chance to brutally murder him like this ! 😂😂
In my version he was hiding like a p had to chase him to weird spots , he wouldnt move. But I had a bit more damage output than you , with full throwing knives build. Was running apogee aswell
Despite disarming Alex so effortlessly, it takes us 2 and a half minutes to kill him when Alex killed him in less than 5 seconds lol.
