Since shredder is making the game a bit too easy,i have a challange for you dex. I want you to pick a stuff everytime you beat an enemy,you cant skip or reroll it. This also meant that if you see pachinko machine you have to get the stuff,you can upgrade stuff that you have but you cant shred anything. I wanna see how bad will it become

With all the damage Dex was dealing at the end, that 6 points of strength he was starting with each battle was really funny to me

What i always do in late game runs is grab like 5-10 junk jets to kill or atleast lower the mushrooms health before my game crashes

I feel like dagger and thermometer are really similar, since dagger is 2dmg/10gold, and thermometer is 1dmg/1hp * 2hp/10gold, so apart from the being able to stack gold armor, it's basically the same. I guess that extra stacking might get you a couple extra floors tho. Also yea the automatic full heal between floors means that taking the needed amount of damage against glass cannon enemies will be the main problem lol
ok I'm seeing my comment about the couple extra floors was wrong, I didn't realize just how fast the sword and shield guys outscale everything else that's wild
Do a block build! You can use helmets to gain exponential scaling on blocks, and the conversion pill to turn that into strength!
Well... honestly every thing is OP at this point.
Is it possible to win if you can't get or scrap any items (have to rely on perks)..?

I love watching dex. Recently discovered him. Sometimes just feel like his laugh is forced. Dunno if anyone else gets that feeling. Like hes forving himself to laugh.
Would a mirror build be possible?
There may be a way someone could make that work. The main problems to a mirror build I see are:
1. Some enemies do not have direct attacks, and therefore will never trigger the mirror.
2. Mirrors are unique items, so if a fight drags on long enough, you will run out of reflections (though if you get enough of them it shouldn't be a problem for a while)

I guess I would've chosen natural strength later on when there is nothing else important to choose from. Doesn't it scale the damage even more?

he mentioned it in reply to another comment, but even the "stronger" items that do self damage don't make much of a difference when the enemies' health is super high

The main issue later seems to be getting healed to full. What a problem to have lol.

If not for the healing putting in 80 mirrors and thermometers wouldn't be an issue
would a block + shield build work out without any damaging items`?
I like combining thermometer with the vampire because then you heal up 10% of the insane damage the thermometer builds up so you go from nothing to full health just by playing. Does make it hard to build damage though.

would surely be fun early on, but idk how much it'd do when the enemies get real strong later on lol since the items don't scale the way their health does

Mal eine Verständnis frage. Ist es bei dem char nicht so das man zusätzlichen Schaden macht wen man den greif arm innerhalb des 3 sec timer nutzt, oder habe ich bei dem char was falsch verstanden?
The character has the timer as a drawback to gaining more gold I think

It might've been worth it to put self-damaging items in the pool so you could keep buffing the thermometers even when the enemies dealed more damage than you could take.
The strongest self-damage is 5 or slightly more with the big sword. That won't do a lot with enemies that have HP in the millions sadly

So doing a mirror run might be amusing. The only thing I can think of that you would have to do is just keep collecting mirrors. Like, way past the hoarder amount. So that you can continue to keep adding them into the pile. Clearly it means a lot of rerolling once you make everything free.

You could also drop the claw then click as fast as possible so that it closes before it picks anything up
