On the new rececyle bin, with the transmuation you can change the bins themselves to not be plastic thanks to transmutation. So they won't eat each other, which was a problem with the pre-updated version.

Plus between magnets and magnetic items moving often, there's a pretty high chance they get caught on the magnetic items anyway. Been playing this quite a bit and that's been my experience.
