Coravin Model 3 Review - Wine Taste Test

We're testing the limits with the Coravin Model 3. How well does the Coravin work after 2 years? Will the wine still be in good condition? I'm going to be drinking the exact same wine that I used in my first Coravin video.

I'm about to finally buy a Coravin as well. I've been stocking up on some nice bottles of Chenin from the Loire Valley from the smaller growers there and don't like the idea of having to finish a bottle in 24-48 hours. I don't think I'll let my bottles get past 2-3 months after their first pour, but nice to see how much extra time you can get by using a Coravin.

I have the same model of Coravin but have never kept a wine as long as you. For me maybe 3 months has been the max. If I notice a difference, like you it seems to be more with the aroma than with the taste. I don't think there is a way to know for sure as I am only going from memory and there are other factors that effect how a wine tastes.
