Form factor and ergonomics look great! now will there be all that lag, and what about a global shutter?

Incredible camera, but surely not great for filmmaking. As soon as you start moving the camera it's one big jello fest of rolling shutter madness. The Alpa mount is incredibly well made and I like the idea (I've held one and shot with it) but it's still in development. The real problem is that you have to use the crazy Hasselblad interface for video. The quality is amazing, but the workflow for the footage is crazy slow. It's a no go for me personally.

wasnt the rolling shutter on the hasselblad too horrible to use for film making?

That was my understanding and why no one was really using the Hasselblad even rigged out on sets. It just wasn't worth all the trade offs (that really didn't have anything to do with form-factor).

Hey. We've published the following article a while back www.cinema5d.com/hasselblad-h6d-100c-review-real-word-footage-and-editing-workflow/. In the included video sample, please take a look at min 2:55 or from 4:24. It doesn't look so bad!
      Thank you
      Johnnie

My guess is without using a very fast refresh rate on the sensor or a different technology such as global shutter it will be difficult to overcome rolling shutter. Just look at the size of that sensor!

And also how do you get 4k raw which is about 8mp from a 100 mp sensor?

Don't know exactly how they're going to pull it off. My guess is an amazing crop to aspc and then down sampling 8k to 4k

Shame it's stuck on CFast - over expensive and under performing compared to M2 NVMe.
