Reading an inspiring book and eating a very healthy breakfast is a great idea! Thank you. I will be sure to do this every single morning. Hope it will be a great year.
I’ve built so many non-productive habits over quarantine and feel like I’m working from home 24/7 now even though I have the same workload. I’m thinking focusing on one thing at a time will help
people should really take this to heart. oh, and work on incorporating things into your daily routines . a tiny bit at a time, like in my case lol , or more if you will stick to it. i do things a tiny bit at a time every single day. this becomes a habit and those tiny things can stretch into a more useful time amount. that is up to you, but it is easier to stick to because you already have created a habit to some degree. this is what works for me. :)
For me, getting things ready for the next day helps me. Sleep is very important. Getting to bed earlier, not hitting the snooze button, and sticking to my morning routines will get me back on track.
1)set up a list of tasks to complete for the day 2)try to multi-task, 3) STOP WATCHING TV (nothing but commercials) 4) use, take no more than 1 hour for a task, or multitasking, 5) while eating lunch, eat slower, (less chance of choking, better digestion), a)replace coffee with tea, don't use sugar, 6)at the end of the day, count the completed tasks, and say your prayers
One problem with routine is that years and decades go by and you don't realize it because you just get up and do the same thing over and over. One day you wake up wondering how time flew by.
You have the wrong routines, then. The proper routines will get you where you want to go. If I had stuck with a language study routine years ago, I'd be more fluent now. If I had started my intermittent fasting routine a year ago, I'd wake up and go "Wow. I'm so much thinner now." I used to plan on cleaning my house, but then I either didn't feel like it or I got distracted. Having a routine makes it more likely I get it done. Now I want routines for evaluating my communication better and developing friendships better. In a few years I won't have regret. I'll have satisfaction.
@@jmannii good advice, I think. I’m somewhere between you and junk junk. I’m 65 and have a basket of regrets, but I finally realized the value of automation. Find the things that are meaningful to you, break them down into their smallest tasks and make them automatic and habitual, so you don’t even need to think about them. The important stuff - exercise, sleep, eating smart, etc. I would add: set regular reviews and don’t blindly follow the herd. Over the years, what’s meaningful to you will likely change. Nothing like climbing the ladder to success… only to find out that it’s been propped against the wrong wall all those years. 🤷♂️
Awesome List, Mostly true! although “watching news” as part of your morning routine unfortunately is not healthy for the mind. it increases anxiety, creates stress, and focuses on the negative. I cut out the “news” almost 2 decades ago and believe it has helped me with my overall well-being. sad... but true.

Rule No.11: Save and Invest Making a habit of saving and investing can change not just your life, but the life your closest relatives forever. You don't talk about an improved life without including Finance. (Forgive me if I'm wrong)
@Adorno Garcia Or maybe poor people doesn't know what to invest in with little capital. Besides the system in itself is a conspiracy against the poor and middle class
I'm not a billionaire yet but I'm living on my own terms. I invest majorly in stock, Forex and real estate which is not so bad for a 58years old man. I make as much money from my investments in cryptos in a month than my wife makes in half a year. You see, that's how people get ahead of others by investing and earning passive income.
Investing in the wrong stock can go really bad, I lost almost $20,000 to stock investments last month and earlier on this month, I would have sworn I was careful enough when deciding where I was investing my money. Meanwhile a friend of mine made almost thesame amount I lost from trading binary options just last week. Crazy right? Yea, it gave me cause to rethink my choices.

*Great video. We all strive towards financial stability and a better life. It is easy to achieve this through the right investment, by living frugally and budgeting. I’m glad I learnt early in life to work hard for financial freedom*
This is just the right information towards financial freedom as well as wealth creation. For so many years I thought working for other people was the only way to live comfortably, but I came to think differently when I started working with *Donald Nathan Scott* (a registered financial adviser residing in United States). Now I earn monthly from my investment with him
For anyone to be financially free with a passive earning source which exceeds your expenses, you need to ingrain. I used to think that I can make more money on my own without any loss, but I had better luck working with a *financial advisor* .
