    I taught my children at an early age how to earn money! They helped me in the yard. My daughter had a babysitting job at age nine. Of course I helped her, but she wanted extra money. They weren't good at saving because I wasn't good at saving either. I thank GOD for videos like this & I started watching Suze Orman years ago. Thank u for helping so many.

    Being rich is having everything you need, food, clothing, shelter and a little money in your pocket for an occassional something extra you want. Also, people who love you and being thankful to God for it all! That's a rich life!

    These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

      Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.

      Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

    *Great video. We all strive towards financial stability and a better life. It is easy to achieve this through the right investment, by living frugally and budgeting. I’m glad I learnt early in life to work hard for financial freedom*

    • @theresamaddison1304
      @theresamaddison1304 2 роки тому

      In my opinion, venturing into a good investment, is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely. For this reason , I advise on seeking help from professionals(financial advisor). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment book but the challenge is using it well.

    • @theresamaddison1304
      @theresamaddison1304 2 роки тому

      @Richmond Fernandez I firmly believe that the success of any investment depends on having the right information, regardless of what others say, do whatever you set your mind to. Warren Buffer always says "be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy". This is certainly the trick to succeeding even when others fail. I made *$200,000* working with *Donald Nathan Scott* a licensed *financial adviser* . It’s been a promising experience so far with him.

      Personally, I’m blessed and realizing I’m not the only one working with Donald Nathan Scott I will consider myself lucky. I’ve been able to feed and make a living through his advice and great work. For such a person as Donald Nathan Scott, we owe him gratitude, support and endless prayers as it is not easy to gain access to such a competent and reliable adviser. Who isn’t just wise but has all it takes to handle an investment and is good at what he does.

    Love the video man! All great ways to save money and be able to focus more on the things that actually add value to your life.I’m a dividend investor, my wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. I’m retiring at the end of the month at 59, while my wife will retire next year at 54. We currently have 5.7 million in out tex deferred savings.

    I'm rich and I do not recommend this video. I don't like shopping. I especially don't like to buy clothing. I literally spend less than $5 per year on shoes, and my haircuts are free. At restaurants my drink is water. My car is an 18year old Toyota. See? Now rich doesn't sound so exciting. I prefer money to invest and grow, not to just spend it like water. If I must buy something, it is usually a useful tool or a book.

      Everyone wants to be successful, but only a few work to achieve it. I'm glad I started early and even as a student, I had already started investing and taking action that would help secure a great future. It is never easy to be successful, and to be successful, you need to work hard, focus and be determined. And finally, having a mentor to guide you is a great way to achieve your goals.
